Bryn Coed Cottage Reviews

Rebecca
Beautiful cottage and owners so welcoming. Very helpful and knowledgeable on thing to do in the local area. We will definitely be back for another visit.
The property was just perfect, very clean and location was great to get to anywhere on Anglesey! The hot tub was a great addition when youve been out all day and wanted to relax. The garden was secure so you can let your dog run free. 5 star!
We had a great time and will definately be going back.
Sally-anne
Really lovely holiday, perfect hosts, quirky cottage full of personality, with good facilities.
Andrew
Lovely cottage
We had a fabulous week at Bryn Coed! Everything was great the location, the cottage, the owners. We had everything we needed, in fact when I enquired a few days beforehand whether there were any garden loungers or should we bring our own, Nia said 'don't worry, I'll go and buy some' which she did. Perfect hosts and a beautiful cottage with wine, cake and cheesecake left a a welcome gift much appreciated! If we go back to that area we would definitely like to stay there again.
Trisha
A lovely spacious holiday apartment and private garden with hot tub in an ideal location for seeing the sights of Anglesey. Owners are very welcoming and helpful.
A washing machine would be helpful, perhaps in an out building? We took our puppy with us on her 1st holiday, a gate to make garden secure would have been great. Loved the hot tub and the fact that hosts took time to ensure it was all ready to use when we got there. Great hosts, very helpful with directions and contact before our stay. Brilliant welcome pack.
Just the fact that the owners Nia and Gareth were excellent hosts and answered all our questions. Also some great tips on Dog walks that were greatly received. Thank You
Richard
We stayed here july 17th23rd. Contact before we went was excellent. Nia and Gareth gave us great advice on local places to go. The cottage was spotless and furnished to a very high standard. It's location is convenient for the main road that will take you almost anywhere. It's just 1 mile away. It's very peaceful. The hot tub is the cherry on top. Suns shines on it till after 9 in july. Fantastic to relax in after a busy day out. From the minute we got there till going home it was perfect. 100 I would stay there again. Ps the Cantonese take away a mile away is one of the best I've ever been too.
What a wonderful holiday! Great weather helped but the accommodation was excellent, the welcome and welcome pack from Nia & Gareth was very much appreciated and we will definitely be looking to return. Our first time to Angelsey so will had a full week of exploring and wow, it is beautiful! An almost permanent backdrop of Snowdonia whilst walking along almost deserted stunning beaches are memories that will not easily be forgotten. Back at the cottage and you can then unwind in the HUGE hot tub or in the very private garden. If you are looking for great food and great service, visit the Gaerwen Arms, you will not be disappointed. A perfect way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary..
We had an amazing time. Nia and Gareth were wonderful Hosts and did everything to make our holiday great x
Anglesey is a lovely place to visit, with plenty of diverse scenery and nature reserves to explore. Bryn coed cottage is comfortable and well maintained, with the hosts, Nia and Gareth, onsite, but remaining discreet, However, they take an interest in your comfort and answer any requests immediately, if possible. Nia welcomes feedback particularly if it helps to improve her guests' stay. My only comments would be that the shower cubicle in the ensuite is on the small side and the utensils and ovenware available are only suitable for basic selfcatering but Nia did provide immediately the extra oven shelf we required and had already installed a counter top freezer to accommodate selfcaterers. She also recommended several outlets for mealstakeaways and provides a comprehensive takeaway menu supply.
Vanessa
Absolutely beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. Lovely views and very accommodating owners. Will definitely be retuning.
Nicholas
Absolutely lovely cottage. Everything you need and nice little touches included. Excellent hosts.
Catherine
Lovely cottage in an ideal spot for visiting all the beautiful beaches and countryside. Would highly recommend. Always had great cottages with Sykes and look forward to our next one!
A lovely little cottage well placed on the Isle of Anglesey. We had the most fabulous week in North Wales and this cottage was beautiful. Nia and Gareth were so welcoming and had everything ready for us on our arrival. It was our first time in North Wales and I will certainly return. The cottage was super clean and comfortable for me, my husband and our one year old. Thank you for making our stay so lovely!
Barbara
Very spacious cottage for 2 . We particular enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ . Outside storage for our bikes, kayak and golf equipment was a bonus . Warm welcome from the owner.
We very well looked after by the owners could not have done anymore. Very restful holiday.
Graham
We had a wonderful holiday and Nia and Gareth could not have been more helpful. The cottage was lovely and very homely with lots of quirky touches. There was a wonderful welcome pack with wine and chocolates to name but a few of the items. An extremely informative information folder about places to visit. We would highly recommend this cottage and we will definitely be returning. A hidden treasure. Jane and Graham from Southport.
Christine
We have had a lovely relaxing week in this delightful cottage. The host made us very welcome and is extremely knowledgable about Anglesey. The cottage is very private and peaceful even though its attached to the main house and there was everything we needed for a weeks relaxing break especially the hot tub!!!
Gillian
Lovely cottage. Friendly owners. Great hot tub. Nice peaceful area
Great hosts ,willing to explain anything we asked about area ,places to visit eat etc. Exceptional little touches in cottage that you dont usually find anywhere else, even treats for the dogs and a welcome pack for us . Peaceful and relaxing, yet not far from most places and beaches. Definitely would recommend.
Fabulous cottage with a brilliant host! . Perfectly positioned for touring around Anglesey. A real home from home.... Will definitely be going back to Bryn Coed cottage again!
Joanne
A beautifully decorated property, with very accommodating owners. We had a lovely time. Ideally placed to explore Anglesey and Snowdonia. We would highly recommend.
Gareth
Our second stay at Bryn Coed and we will be back for a third. The owners Nia & Gareth are really lovely and leave you to enjoy your trip but have an amazing knowledge of Anglesey and beyond. The property is wonderful, peaceful and very relaxing & the hot tub is a great bonus after a days exploring!!! A great place to stay if visiting Anglesey.
Jacqueline
Absolutely fabulous cottage, central to most destinations on the island.
The accommodation was excellent and the feedback from Sykes during the long wait between actually booking and the holiday was welcome. Already thinking of booking the same place again, that tells you what we thought of the whole experience.
Brenda
Cottage exceeded my expectations, beautiful! Cottage feel but with a modern twist, loved it. Very clean, unexpected welcome pack of wine, cake and chocolate! Owners were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. Hot Tub was a great bonus & very much enjoyed after a long day of walking. Would certainly highly recommend to friends and family. Great that they were quite happy to have our two large dogs as well, not many do.
Michael
The owners made you so welcome. The hot tub was a real bonus and the welcome pack was a nice surprise .cant wait to return.
Great cottage with fantastic hot tub. Nia was very friendly and the welcome pack was really appreciated we will definitely be going back.
Jonathan
Had a great stay here once again, well located for local attractions and for snowdonia. Owners are very friendly and cottage is really well equipped & looked after!
My wife and i enjoyed staying at this cottage very clean and comfortable
Pauline
It was the little extras everywhere that made this holiday the perfect place. Easily one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in.
Dianne
The cottage was absolutely lovely, very clean and spacious and in an ideal location. The only downside for us personally was the size of the bed as it is a normal double and we are used to a much bigger bed! If the bed was changed to a kingsize then absolutely everything would be perfect. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the welcome pack was excellent and very much appreciated.
