The property was amazing, clean and tidy. Had everything you needed, just had to take own towels and obviously own food. Fridge freezer was available in property. Great place, to have a get away from it all holiday, lovely and quiet, beautiful area. Fiona the host, was lovely, friendly and more than happy to help with anything. Would definitely recommend for a break.

Fiona and Peter were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. The cottage was great, had everything we needed for the week and the hot tub was an added bonus! Marley the cat was a character and made us laugh every day when he came to the window for fusses we also got to meet Hudson and poppy who were friendly

This is a lovely cottage in a beautiful and tranquil location. It is ideally situated for the cycle routes to Newborough beach and forest and to Cefni Reservoir. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
Absolutely lovely cottage with everything you could possibly need to ensure you have a relaxing , away from normal life holiday. The owners were amazing and have thought of everything, friendly, willingly to help and interested in ensuring your stay was comfortable. Extremely dog friendly allowing use of the garden for exercise. The peace, quiet tranquil of the surroundings along with a homely cottage, hot tub and open fire meant we fully unwound and absorbed the relaxation we required.
Had a fantastic stay at this wonderful cottage. Fiona and Peter were so welcoming and all the thoughtful, small touches made us feel right at home. A lovely, cosy cottage in a beautiful area. The hot tub was wonderful after a long walk and we definitely hope to return soon.
This cottage was an amazing find , we had the most wonderful relaxing stay , everything was just perfect
We spent a week in this cottage we were very pleased with it Fiona and Peter are amazing. .they are very nice people and cared about us nicely. This vintage annexe is beautiful also all around the garden, very peaceful and quite. We had trip every day to see the most beautiful places of Anglesey...and after the hot tub was a good rest. The place clean and comfortable.Highly recommonded accomodation, thanks a lot Fiona and Peter
We had a lovely 2 night stay. The property was immaculate, clean and very welcoming. Hosts great. We will definitely return for longer.

This is a cosy cottage with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the quilt warm with plenty of pillows and cushions. We found the shower in the rolltop bath good but it was difficult to prevent water from going onto the floor. The loo leaked at the back occasionallly when flushed. This could no doubt be rectified with an adjustment to the pipe from the tank. Overall we would definitely recommend this property.
We have just got home from a beautiful stay here. It's a beautiful place with many places to visit nearby. The cottage was lovely we didn't want to come home. We will be booking again soon.
This was our second visit and it didnt disappoint. We had a lovely welcome from Fiona. Our dog Molly loves the outdoor space. The views are amazing. The cottage has everything you need for a perfect break. The bed is very comfortable. The hot tub is perfect after a long walk in the surrounding area. We cannot fault it. Will definitely be returning
We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very cosy and we felt right at home at this lovely cottage. After a very long journey the hot tub was very welcome and I dont usually like them ! Fiona was a very kind and welcoming host and went above and beyond with her warm hospitality. The house was in a beautiful setting and our dog loved it too.
We had an absolutely beautiful stay, we didnt want to leave. The pictures on the website just really don't show the true beauty of this lovely cottage and gardens. In such a great location for exploring Anglesey also. The owners, Fiona and Peter were lovely and so accommodating checking if everything was ok for us. Lovely little touches such as milk in the fridge and wine on the table on our arrival. Could not fault our stay one bit and cannot wait to return one day.
Thanks so much for a lovely, peaceful stay. The cottage and surroundings are beautiful, we had everything we needed, and the recommendations were great! We hope to visit again!
A cosy and comfortable cottage that turned out to be the perfect place to stay for our Christmas holiday. The owners were helpful, welcoming & thoughtful. We appreciated the effort they had made in putting up Christmas decorations and providing gifts of wine and chocolates.
Peaceful! Lovely views, fab hot tub, a place to escape the world and relax

Lovely clean, secluded and comfortable cottage. The stove kept us warm and cosy in the evenings. Would have preferred a shower enclosure to the telephonebath type. Getting out of these deep baths can be awkward for the less agile. We would certainly be happy to return again and can recommend it for a holiday.
Leslie
Just prefect for what we wanted, comfort and peaceful. Would book again a lovely place to explore.

Lovely little cottage for two,and if one has a doggy, then you are also very warmly welcomed. Peaceful setting, with lots of information in the cottage for walks and for eating out.
A very comfortable cottage surrounded by beautiful scenery. Snowdonia visible from the bedroom window and red squirrels in the garden! Owner was very friendly and helpful. Property well located for visiting all of Anglesey.
We have just returned from a lovely holiday at Carreg Rhys. The property and grounds are beautiful with stunning views towards Snowdonia. The location is ideal for exploring Anglesey. The property is really comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The bottle of wine & chocolates on arrival were a treat. We took our spaniel with us and she loved it making friends with Fiona, she wanted to stay. We will definitely be returning next year.

Carreg Rhys is a homely comfortable cottage in a secluded area with beautiful views of mountains. We enjoyed a relaxing holiday with plenty of places to visit within a few miles and the added bonus of a hot tub at the property. The owners are very friendly and helpful and left us a bottle of wine and chocolates on our arrival. We would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a quiet romantic break.

FIONA AND PETER WERE FABULOUS HOSTS AND MADE US FEEL LIKE PART OF THE FAMILY. COTTAGE IS VERY WELL PRESENTED AND HAS ALL THE FACILITIES THST WE REQUIRED. GRPUNDS WERE SUPERB AND WELL WORTH A WALK AROUND. ADVICE ON PLACES TO VISIT AND BEST RRSTAURANTS TO EAT WERE VERY HELPFUL AND WITHIN NO MORE THAN 25 MINUTES FROM CARREG RHYS.
Another wonderful stay in our favourite place. A lovely home from home. This cottage has everything you could need.
The cottage was lovely, it felt like a home rather than a holiday cottage beautifully furnished, extremely comfortable and well equipped. Fiona was a great host and made us feel very welcome. The whole setting of the cottage is perfect, quiet & surrounded by lovely gardens with amazing views to Snowdonia. A perfect base to explore the whole island but especially the beaches around Newborough. The hot tub was a real treat too.
Lovely week in this cottage, the local area is stunning and we'd love to come back again! Thank you to the lovely lady who owns this place
Our stay was great the property has everything you could need. It was really cosy with the log burning fire. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. All was clean. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. It was in a great location to explore Anglesey and get to the beach.

We had a lovely week in Anglesey, my first time but certainly won't be my last. Weather was brilliant even though it was November. The owners were a lovely couple and keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We took our cat who also had a lovely time with so much space to roam about.
Perfect
The warmest of welcomes. Gorgeous cottage in a tranquil and secluded location. 15-20 mins from anywhere in terms of beaches. Lovely gardens and grounds. Wonderful hosts. No hesitation whatsoever giving this the strongest of recommendations. We?ve already rebooked!
Four days just wasn't enough! Absolutely going to book again, have never felt so chilled and relaxed after a short break like this. Would highly recommend but we don't want anyone else to know about it
Had the most chilled and relaxed holiday staying at Carreg Rhys cottage. Owners so kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Cottage is absolutely beautiful. Tastefully decorated, warm and cosy with a lovely log burner. The grounds around are beautiful and great for dogs to have a walk. We enjoyed having the use of the hot tub. If you're looking for a totally relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle, Carreg Rhys is the place to go. Beautiful countryside, great beaches, dog friendly pubs and restaurants. Fantastic. We would give this cottage 10 out 10.
