Enjoying far-reaching views across Red Wharf Bay and Llandudno, whilst well-positioned within walking distance to a wealth of local amenities, the property is the perfect base for a group celebration, with the chance to explore many beauty spots across North Wales.

Park up on the private driveway before heading indoors into the open-plan living space, dotted with contemporary appliances and furnishings, acting as the social hub of the property; prepare meals, keep on top of your washing, dine, and socialise in this space. For some peace and quiet, retreat to the sitting room, where you'll find plush seating, and a Smart TV, or if you'd prefer to take in your stunning surrounds, opt for an alfresco affair in the multi-level garden, with unrestricted vistas across the shore.

When sleep calls, select between four well-presented bedrooms, including a king-size and a double, both with en-suites, and two family rooms, serviced by the main bathroom; benefit from flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate your needs, with three of the bedrooms having unrestricted sea and beach views. Upon morning, refresh and prepare for a day of exploration, heading north towards Copper Kingdom Centre, showcasing history-rich artefacts from 18th and 19th centuries, or climb up Mynydd Parys to enjoy views across the county.

For animal lovers, there are a wide range of attractions to experience, including Anglesey Sea Zoo, Pili Pala Nature World, and Foel Farm Park, all homing local and exotic animals. Travelling south, opt for a guided tour around Penrhyn Castle & Garden, a magnificent National Trust property, dating back to the Victorian ages, or head for a stroll across Morfa Aber Nature Reserve, before reaching Snowdonia National Park and its array of hidden gems, including Glyder Fawr summit.

Penrhyn Castle is a neo-Norman castle is located in the stunning Gwynedd region of Wales. The castle will appeal to those who enjoy sites of historical interest as well as to families looking to enjoy a fun day out. The Castle is in very good condition and guided tours are on offer. Don't miss a look at the grand hall with its exquisite collection of paintings or the Victorian Kitchen which gives amazing insight into the running of the Castle. Other highlights include the Servants Rooms and the one ton slate bed which was originally made for Queen Victoria.

Welsh Mountain Zoo - LL28 5UY

Located in the North of Wales with a spectacular setting high above Colwyn Bay this is a lovely zoo which makes an excellent family day out.  Highlights include the Chimp Encounter, Penguin Parades, Bear Falls and the Children's Farm.  The setting is perfect for walking around and you can take in the superb scenery, roam the wooded pathways and relax on the grassy slopes.  There are many rare and endangered species to see and learn about including the Snow Leopards and the Red Pandas not to mention the Sumatran Tigers. You can also buy the experience of being a zoo keeper for a day, either for yourself or as a gift.
