Having the separate snug and a shower room and bathroom was perfect for us as we were travelling with our adult daughter and friend. A beautiful restoration in a lovely location. Definitely one of the best holiday homes I've rented, it is modern where it needs to be while retaining character and features that are centuries old. This is a fabulous cottage. Very clean with everything youre going to need for a great holiday. We loved sitting outside and we even got to build a fire and toast marshmallows. This is a great cottage and an ideal location for creating memories from stargazing, watching the lambs and sheep, fun in the hot tub to fabulous local food and activities. Wed highly recommend this cottage. Owners were great toowonderfully absent but there if wed needed them. We didnt. The place was perfect.

Just returned from a wonderful stay. The cottage is in a beautiful setting with amazing views surrounded by fields and rolling Welsh countryside. We went with our daughter and grandchildren. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you could wish to make it a really comfortable stay. The enclosed garden is ideal for young children, plenty of space to run around. They loved the hot tub and swing. They also loved getting up close to the sheep and lambs. A truly wonderful stay.

We stayed over Christmas, the farmhouse was extremely cosy with more than enough room for 4 adults and 2 children. The snug was a real bonus for a little quiet time and the children appreciated Netflix and good WI-FI. Super location with the added bonus of a hot tub with lovely views. Footpaths from the doorstep. We have stayed in many properties in the UK over the years and its easily the best we have stayed in. It is spacious, clean, comfortable (especially the beds), well equipped and cosy. The owners have thought of everything. The second reception room with TV is great if you have kids, while you read a book with a glass of wine by the wood burner in t he main room. The location is fantastic. 15 minutes from Conwy and its amazing castle. 40 minutes from Llanberis and Zip World. Loved the hot tub.

Didnt know if we'd use the hot tub in October, but used it everday sunrise and sunset. The downstairs shower room well located to use afterwards. The pond with seating and firepit is a wonderful peaceful spot we also used. We pressed t he button on the hot tub by mistake and the owners came out at night to sort us out...wonderful service friendly and helpful Highly recommended

Beautiful peaceful location and a gorgeous spacious cottage and garden renovated to a very high standard. We travelled to Wales from Bavaria in Germany and loved the area: some great walks, a number of picturesque towns and villages in the vicinity, and we even found some lovely places to eat. Would highly recommend both the cottage and the area. I f you're coming from outside the UK, I'm not sure that I would recommend BHX airport. There may be better options available!?

The house was brilliant and very well decorated everything you need for a great stay. The location was good we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub as a family and looking at the panoramic views. We did zip world , Bodnant Gardens, Conwy and seeing the smallest house and walking the Conwy town walls. We would very much recommend this house to others and it was lovely to have met the owner whoi was very friendly and helpful.
