Just returned from a wonderful stay. The cottage is in a beautiful setting with amazing views surrounded by fields and rolling Welsh countryside. We went with our daughter and grandchildren. We have stayed in many properties in the UK over the years and its easily the best we have stayed in. It is spacious, clean, comfortable (especially the beds), well equipped and cosy. The owners have thought of everything. The second reception room with TV is great if you have kids, while you read a book with a glass of wine by the wood burner in t he main room. The location is fantastic. 15 minutes from Conwy and its amazing castle. 40 minutes from Llanberis and Zip World. Loved the hot tub.

Beautiful peaceful location and a gorgeous spacious cottage and garden renovated to a very high standard. We travelled to Wales from Bavaria in Germany and loved the area: some great walks, a number of picturesque towns and villages in the vicinity, and we even found some lovely places to eat. Would highly recommend both the cottage and the area. I f you're coming from outside the UK, I'm not sure that I would recommend BHX airport. There may be better options available!?

The house was brilliant and very well decorated everything you need for a great stay. The location was good we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub as a family and looking at the panoramic views. We did zip world , Bodnant Gardens, Conwy and seeing the smallest house and walking the Conwy town walls.
