Gwel Y Fenai Reviews

Had an amazing time, the property is beautifully converted, very warm and cosy feeling. The hot tub is a lovely addition, especially relaxing with the wonderful views. More than we had expected, thank you for providing an amazing place to stay
Darren
Fantastic location, so peaceful, but so much to go out and explore. Accommodation was lovely, a special place to stay. Would highly recommend, and will certainly want to book this cottage again next time we visit the area
A truly amazing property. Very well equipped, lovely comfortable seats and beds. Great to lie in the big hot tub, looking out to the straits looking at the stars. Can't recommend enough
Brilliant property and location. Amazing sunsets over the Menai Straits from the Hot tub, a fantastic addition. Would benefit from an information pack on use of appliances and recycling etc. Robyn and Anwen were very accomodating, nothing too much trouble. Very pleasantly supprised by the lovely harbour and would recommend the Llofft cafe bar and Gardfon pub also a new pub newly opened on the Harbour Dock. Would definitely return.
Daniel

Lovely cottage in a great location for exploring Wales. Lots of things to do and see in the local area just minutes drive from this property. View is stunning and owner very helpful. Stoney beach just a few minutes walk from the house . The animal neighbours sheep and cows friendly and inquisitive.
We loved the quiet location and how modern the cottage was. Everything was there to make it home from home. The only thing we struggled with was the sun shining through the velux windows upstairs at 4am lighting up the bedrooms so would highly recommend some blinds. Also some instructions for the heating more for winter and the rubble to be cleared from the side of the cottage.
A beautiful house in a lovely location. The host was welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
