A fantastic place: in the 30+ years we've been taking self-catering holidays in mid-Wales, this is by far the best property. It's quiet, well-appointed, spotless, spacious and comfortable. The surrounding countryside is really quiet and it's worth a walk up the lanes, though in reality the main drag is not far away. The property is in an excellent location and has all the amenities on hand. Very modern and tastefully appointed .The owner places a lot of little extras in the property especially if you have a furry friend. The hot tub is an excellent addition. All in all highly recommended

Shower was a bit hit and miss temperature wise. Television stopped on a few occasions as wifi connection was up and down. Settee not comfortable. Bed extremely comfortable. All other appliances etc very good.

What a fabulous place - everything you could possibly need! Just perfect! Loved the hot tub, Borth, Ynyslas and Aberaeron beaches, the dogs loved them too! So much to do and see in this gorgeous area! We'll certainly be back!

We needed a relaxing place to unwind after a very turbulent year and Bedwen cottage is exactly what we needed to do that, it would have been nice to use the log burning stove, but we understand why we couldn't.

Lovely house, great location for what we wanted, super dog friendly and well thought through. Hot tub was fab but could have been a degree warmer. Kitchen could be better stocked, maybe just salt and pepper etc, and knives were quite blunt. But apart from that it was perfect
