This is a beautiful, exceptionally well presented house with every thing you could possibly want. Larger parties can enjoy each others company but still have plenty of room for a little peace and quiet. If you can drag yourself away then the immediate area is outstanding with easy access to the New Forest and sea side locations.

Beautiful stunning house, everything you could need for a large get together, cosy beds a great pool room and fabulous kitchen, I want to go back

Fantastic property with all the space and amenities for a large family gathering including adults, young children and animals. Whether the sun shone or it rained there was so much to do and space to catch a quiet moment.

Fabulous house with great facilities for young and old but the proximity of a noisy road is not for everyone. Hot tub was wonderful. A washer/dryer is a must in a house of this size, especially in the autumn/winter with a young family.

Absolutely beautiful house with superb facilities, enjoyed by all the family. Lovely walks to Quayhaven, Hirst Castle and Milford on Sea.

A spacious and beautifully maintained house in a lovely location with excellent amenities and leisure facilities to entertain any family irrespective of the weather.
Sue
The house was spacious, stylish, comfortable and very well equipped. Our five-year-old grand-daughter was delighted with the toys and children's equipment. The dog loved the huge and safe garden. Despite iffy weather some days, we had a lovely time. Would recommend Lymington for charm, shopping and crabbing, Brockenhurst for forest walks, The Old M ill at Hordle for outdoor eating (and a lovely garden). We'll definitely be going to the New Forest again.

This house is perfect for big family or friend gatherings. It has literally everything you could need. The house is tastefully decorated throughout and the kitchen area is a particular feature, housing a huge table for all the group to eat around. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Additional features are a games room with a bar and a cinema room. The outside area is a great place to relax in the evenings and has heaters for chillier nights. Highly recommended!
Susan
We have two teenage grandchildren who I thought may be bored, but they had a great time. So much to do in the games room. Also a cinema room and plenty to do outside. Every morning the pair of them were outside playing swing ball (they never usually do anything together!). Wonderful time, visiting the needles on the coral star, plenty of dog friend ly restaurants and walks. Our dog also swam at Milford on sea twice, and sat with us in the needle eye cafe, which has delicious food.Fabulous holiday
Robert
Lovely property newly renovated well fitted out. Ideally suited for our 70th birthday family celebration weekend with children and grandchildren. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 5 children aged 6,4,3,2,1. Well equipped playroom for younger children with slide, toys, play tent, books etc. Safe for children to play outside in fully enclosed garde n. Also pool table, darts, table tennis and a selection of board games available.
Joelle
This home is nothing less than sensational. Clean and comfortable with all the added extras to make our stay super special. Would definitely return!
Stephen
Great Family holiday in a marvellous house. Location perfect for exploring the New Forest.
Gemma
Amazing house! All the bedrooms are large, kitchen is huge. The place was spotless. All the mod cons were great, bit complicated to figure out initially. The play room was top for the kids and enclosed garden was good for the dog but careful of gate when driving in/out of the property as opens onto a busy road. We cooked an Xmas dinner for 12 in the kitchen no problem, once we figure out the aga and where all the utensils lived. Hot tub great, was on & ready to go. Tip: there are 2 thermostats.
Martin
Brilliant for adults and kids.
Lauren
A fabulous property, with excellent facilities. The layout, furniture and children's playroom were especially well thought out. Super comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms.
Tim
We all enjoyed a lovely break at Forest Edge in the New Forest. Good service and the owner was very helpful.
Richard
The facilities are very good, house thoughtfully equipped for all ages, all to a high standard with lots of unexpected 'extras'. The grandchildren enjoyed the play area indoors and the large garden with trampoline. Others enjoyed the Hot Tub and pool room so despite the rain we had a very enjoyable long weekend. Thank you.
Gerry
