Lovely , spacious clean , really quiet location
Christian
First time staying in this type of lodge. Great property in a fantastic quiet location with all the amenities you would need. We're a family of four (2 under 3 years old) and this place was very child friendly and safe. We paid for access to the park facilities which came in use on rainy days. Owner was very friendly and great with communication.

The lodge is set in a beautiful part of Dorset and on a great site that we have stayed on many occasion. The lodge is a great size and felt really spacious, check in was easy and plenty to do on and off site. I would definitely have booked this property again if dogs were not being allowed from September.
Rachel

We had a great holiday at this lodge. It was very well equipped, spacious, comfortable and very quiet. It was perfectly placed for exploring the surrounding coast and countryside. As we were just using the lodge as a base we didnt purchase the pass to use the facilities. It seems a bit shortsighted of the parks management that you werent allowed toRead more use the on site restaurant unless you bought a pass but there was no shortage of eating places close by. I would certainly recommend a stay here. Hide

The park owners (Holburne) on which our lodge was located boasted use of a number of activities for which they charged a fee in addition to the cost of the lodge rental. This included use of both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. However the site owners had decided to close the outdoor pool and outside area earlier than described without notice Read moreto us so it wasnt available during the very warm weather during our stay in the second week of September. We would have expected a fee reduction. Hide

Brilliant!! Great communication from the owner. We stayed for 7 nights and as a family of 4 (children aged 3 and 7) had more than enough room to comfortably stay and keep everyone happy and entertained. Lovely lodge in a good location, Park has everything you need and is a great base for exploring the south coast.
Virginia
Clean and comfortable. The internet was good as well as smart TV. The lodge is in a quieter part of the holiday park which was pleasant. There are some walks from the lodge but many more just a short drive away.
Diane
Comfortable, quiet Lodge in a good location, ideal for visiting attractions in the Dorset area. A few basic cleaning/washing products would be useful as well as an iron. We did have a few ants but ant powder sorted out the problem on the whole.
Sandra
The lodge is fantastic and tastefully finished to a very high standard. Well deserving of our 5 star review. The food in the Cafe/restaurant was very good but they can get busy at the weekends. If you turn left out of the main site entrance the is a pub up the road called the Plough & Horses which serves nice food. Lee was both efficient and helpfu l with any queries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be booking again in the future.
Lisa
What a great location as a base to explore the New Forest, loads to do and good facilities onsite, used the pool, saunas, shop and bar.The lodge was great, comfortable, big enough for a family with teenagers to relax in after days out. Would definitely recommend this.
Heather
A lodge with a certain wow factor! Very stylish and modern. Everything was clean and presentable. A truly lovely holiday.
