What a lovely place! The house is really roomy and well-stocked, making our stay super comfortable. The location is perfect, close to both coast and moors - stunning views everywhere. Tish, the host, was really helpful too. We loved it, especially our dogs, though the weather was a bit rubbish, so we didn’t get much time in the pool or hot tub. Definitely coming back!
Claire
We stayed in this lovely, airy cottage set amidst 22 acres of stunning land. The views are incredible, perfect for walks. Having our own pool and tennis court was a real treat. Dogs loved it just as much as us-definitely a holiday to remember!

Emma
Honestly, this place felt like a little good place. We’re from a tiny village, but the peace and quiet here are unbeatable. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. We enjoyed tennis, long scenic walks, soaking in the hot tuband just taking in the views. Definitely recommend The Boathouse Instow. Don’t miss going up on the deck for stunning views of Appledoreand the beaches are lovely and dog-friendly. Only tip is to bring insect repellent - those flies can be a nuisance on walks!
Alex

We had such a lovely stay at this place! The house was super roomy and set in a peaceful spot, just a short walk to the local shop. Our dog loved running around outside, especially since some parts are fully enclosed. The tennis court was a great bonus. Honestly, we couldn't find any faults and can't wait to come back next year.

This spot is just brilliant! Stunning views and a perfect escape from the hustle. We spotted deer, buzzards, rabbitsand pheasants, which was lovely. Great for dogsand handy for town and pubs. We had a fantastic time, cheers!
Emma Roberts
We had a lovely stay at the cottage. It was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Despite the typical West Country weather in February, there was plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. The kids loved the books, games, hot tuband tennis courts. We’re not dog people, so we were a bit worried about cleanliness, but everything was spotless-no dog hair or smell at all. Honestly, it made our trip stress-freeand we’d definitely go back!
Emily
Charming place, truly loved it!
James
We loved our stay at the Coach House! The owner was really friendlyand the place was spotless and well-stocked. Definitely the best cottage we've stayed in North Devon. Great value - we’ll be returning!
