About Stamps Cottage

Welcome to Stamps Cottage in Uplyme, a cosy retreat just a mile and a half from Lyme Regis. This end-terrace cottage sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, making it perfect for families or small groups.

The cottage offers a welcoming atmosphere with a wood burner and Smart TV in the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The dining area is adjacent, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are decorated in coastal colours and come with their own TVs, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Step outside through the French doors in the lounge to find a fully enclosed courtyard garden. Here, you can relax in the hot tub or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table.

The garden is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the local area.

Highly recommend this cozy cottage. Great for a couple and a dog and it could have accommodated more people. The birdsong in the morning was an absolute delight - a good balance between country and city as it was easy to get into town but lots of countryside walking straight from the doorstep. Rescuing and rehabilitating monkeys and assisting governments around the world to stop the smuggling of primates are just some of the purposes of the centre. Open year round we think this is one of best attractions in Dorset and you even get the chance to adopt a monkey if you choose.
