Amazing property with stunning views. Location perfect. Clean and comfortable with all thats needed for a wonderful holiday. Well be back!
Thank you for letting us use your lovely home Peter. We found it to be quiet, peaceful, comfortable and relaxing, with beautiful views and a wonderful hot tub. Everything we needed was there and your helpfulness was much appreciated.
This a little space of heaven and webwill be going back. It was so quiet and tranquil with an awesome little shop which was like going back in time, they were fantastic. Sitting in the jacuzzi at 730am just looking across the fields was amazing and just summed up how relaxing it was.
Lovely clean and spacious house, great views, and hot tub a great bonus! !
Kathryn
We've visited 3 times now. Great cottage, lovely Crackington Haven. Super host and facilities. Love the new hot tub! Many thanks. The Emmerton family

Returning to NansTek for a second time has not disappointed us at all. It is beautifully situated in a very private area with a large private garden that houses the jacuzzi. Views from the jacuzzi are spectacular. The property is very well maintained and well equipped, it is easy to contact the owner. We had an issue with a fuse that blew, the owner directly arranged repairmen to fix the issue. This property remains on our list to return to in the future.
Kathryn
Beautiful well equipped cottage with fabulous views all the way down to the sea. The cottage has everything you need and is actually better than the photos new couches in the lounge. I found the seating area and beds really comfy. I appreciated the little things like plenty of storage space, hooks on the doors and the robes. The kitchen was well equipped with much more than the average cottage. The only little thing I found was missing was somewhere in the main bedroom to do hairmake up. I decent sized movable mirror on the chest of drawers that you can move near to the bedside plugs would solve this. The area is lovely with plenty of places to visit. I would recommend Polzeath Beach as being worth a visit.
Such a peaceful place to unwind and relax amongst beautiful surroundings
Nans tek is an absolutely amazing bungalow very well equipped, comfortable, very spacious and very peaceful. The views are amazing. Garden and hot tub were splendid. The owner Peter has put a lot of thought into equipping the bungalow with games books and dvds if you need them. Spent most of our time in the sun room watching the sunrise and set. Surrounding area is fabulous to explore.
Weve just spent a wonderful week at Nans Tek. The property was probably the best weve stayed in on a holiday. It had everything we needed good quality furnishings, towels and bedding. The kitchen cupboards had plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils and gadgets. Ample storage spaces too with more than enough cupboards, drawers and hangers. Hot tub was a bonus too and used often. Beautiful part of Cornwall, only a few minutes drive to the beach or a 3045 minute walk depending on which way you went A couple of steep hills though!. Beach was great for body boarding and there are two cafes and a pub would recommend eating there too. Parking all day was 5 in the public car park. Overall a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for a great time.
We had a great weeks holiday at NansTek. The location is central but very peaceful. The accommodation is spacious and well equipped and the Hot Tub is an added bonus. I would recommend it for families or groups of friends

Really enjoyed our visit. Pictures dont do the house justice. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Garden, hot tub and outdoor shower were all fantastic too. Really quiet location with amazing views and area is stunning. Owner was very helpful too.
Great place and really well equipped. Maybe an umbrella for the garden, it was the hottest day and no shade in the garden.! Everything else was perfect
Jeremy
We loved this property it had everything we needed for our stay. The views were stunning, perfect for watching the sun set each evening. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus. Great base for exploring the area. Lovely extra touches such as the outside shower for rinsing wet suits bbq robes

We have just returned from a lovely week at Nans Tek. This was our first time to this part of Cornwall and it did not disappoint. The house was just perfect with everything we needed as a family of 4 with older teenage boys. The hot tub was a great addition and in a wonderful location with stunning views. Location wise there is a small local shop and a lovely local pub The Coombe Barton Inn just a few minutes drive and overlooking a small bay. Thanks for a wonderful week. We would highly recommend this lovely home.
Rachael
Loved this property. The pictures do not do it justice. We had a wonderful relaxing week. There was 6 of us and plenty of room. The kitchen was well equip and having a washing machine and tumble dryer was a bonus. Loved the hot tub, it was great to come out of the patio doors from the bedroom straight into the tub. Having the robes to put on after was great. It is a very peaceful and quite area and the views are spectacular. We ate one evening at the pub in Crackington Haven and had a really nice meal but you must book ahead. The communication with the owner was great and he responded to my text regarding the keys quickly. Great family accommodation would definitely book again.
Sandra
The pictures for the house really dont do it justice. The view from the sun room at the back of the house is simply stunning. Spent many happy hours Sat enjoying the view. Hot tub was lovely. A great base to explore the area. A very quite spot and perfect for a very relaxed break. Would love to return one day.
We had a really lovely stay at Nans Tek in Feb this year. When we arrived we were so impressed by the views and how comfortable the house was. We were out every day, rain or shine and Nans Tek was a great place to come back to, we all felt so relaxed there and made full use of the hot tub! Communication with the owner was great and he gave some lovely recommendations of places to visit.
Richard
We had a wonderful stay. Such a great and well appointed place for our family. Loads of space, great hot tub and lovely views from the garden. Wed love to stay again.
Really enjoyed our stay at Nanstek. It was a great base for lots of walking and worked well to do day trips and have a lovely home from home in the evenings. Very clean, spacious, great amenities and everything that you could need. Washing machine, plastic outdoor picnicware, games and books. Loved the hot tub after a long walk! Really lovely location and lots of peaceful walks around crackington haven.
Lovely bungalow with all the amenities you need and a stunning view of the countryside and sea. The hot tub was a joy to come back to in the evenings.
V pleased pictures don't do Nans Tek justice beautifully maintained well spec'd

Had a wonderful week . The bungalow is very spacious and thought has gone in to providing everything you need for a great stay. Hot tub was lovely with outside shower. Beds very comfortable and clean throughout. Car is required to reach most places which are within easy reach. Bungalow had wonderful views of countryside and could watch the sunset over the sea. Thank you.
Nicholas
Lovely little detached bungalow in a quiet residential street. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the garden and everyone loved the hot tub. Weather was mixed so the hot tub really came into its own. Short drive down to a cove and we found a few nice beaches a short drive away. Exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
Richard
Loved the hot tub and views were better than expected, sunsets incredible.
This cottage was fantastic, really nice dcor, clean and great facilities. Highlights were the hot tub, sitting in the conservatory enjoying the sunrise of a morning, the collection of games, DVD's and books were a great added feature. Being winter we didn't get to enjoy the garden as much as we would have liked, but I can imagine in the Summer this is superb! The Coombe Barton Inn down the road was great for Sunday lunch, however, I wouldn't say this was walking distance!!!! Hell of a steep hill, possibly OK to get down, don't know how I would get back up! We will be back!
A great home for our holiday. The views and hot tub were great. The cottage has all that you could need in terms of facilities and comfort. Thank you!
We have just returned from 2 weeks stay at Nans Tek. We had a really lovely time. The bungalow has the best views, the hot tub was hot, the bed was super comfy I need a new bigger bed now the wifi never dropped a signal, everything was just superb. There's even a selection of books, DVDS & board games. We were told that if we had any issues, to telephone as there was someone close by who was looking after the bungalow, but everything was fine so we didn't need to. It makes a lovely change to see things true to life in it's description. I would definitely recommend Nans Tek to anyone and everyone!
The bungalow was more spacious than we expected and the views from the conservatory and the hot tub were stunning. The large screen tv was also a hit with our children and we used the smart features to look back at the photos from each day. The walk down the valley to the beach was fantastic and added to the experience luckily didn't have to walk back up!.
Our experience of NansTek far exceeded our expectations, this place is beautiful, the sun lounge had the most use, lots of reading, chatting and just gazing out of the window watching the changing weather on the landscape. We really enjoyed the hot tub which was very spacious for just the two of us. The kitchen was well equipped and everything felt really clean, large fridgefreezer, lovely dishwasher too! The village is really close with a lovely friendly pub with great views. Seemed close to everywhere we wanted to go, such a beautiful coast. We plan to return and hopefully walk part of the coastal route, it was far too wet and wild this time.
Minor drawback was that two of our party, who have had hipknee replacement surgery, found getting onoff the very low sofa style furniture very difficult, therefore having to sit on patio seats most of the stay.
Alison
This cottage is beautifully set up for holiday makers. We loved our time there, the views are glorious and just sitting in the sun room with some breakfast enjoying that ambiance just made the day start well. Every comfort is catered to, down to slippers on the beds and robes in the closets . It is a great place to be for seeing Cornwall, there are many places of interest close by as well as beaches, as well as a little further afield. All in all, a wonderful vacation. We didnt want to leave!!
Modernised house with all the main facilities you would need. The view is great and allows an area for parents to relax away from the TV in the main lounge. Kids loved the hot tub which was used each evening after the days events and worked a treat as a behaviour control mechanism throughout the day if you do X again you will not be going in the hottub.....
This was a much needed family holiday for my little family after a very busy year so far. We arrived to glorious weather and peace and quiet just what we needed! Our little boy, who is 5, absolutely loved all of the space in the garden and we found we didn't feel the need to rush out in the mornings as we were all happy relaxing at the bungalow.
Rebecca
Had a lovely stay at Nan's Tek. Beautiful home and lovely view and Peter was very helpful and accomodating. A minor issue with the hot tub was sorted straight away. Would definitely recommend.
Charley
Nans Tek is such a beautiful place! It fully exceeded our expectations in size and views! Would love to come back in the summer to fully make the most of it, even though we could still use the hot tub! Thank you for making our New Years special.
Value for money, one of the best holiday stays .
Nicolette
The house rented was even more impressive than represented on the pictures. In general I'm usually quite reserved when interpreting the pictures taken, since usually they point towards the best possible views in and around the house. In this case all real life views exeeded the pictures!
The photos of the property really don't do it justice. Lovely, clean comfortable, unfussy, easy to manage & an utterly glorious view.
We had a wonderful stay at NansTek. The house is very well equipped, we had 3 young children and we had everything we needed. The views from the garden are spectacular. Great location for days out. I can't recommend NansTek enough.
