We had an amazing stay at this place! The high beams really give it a lovely cosy feeland the bathroom, kitchenand bedroom were all well equipped - clearly a lot of thought went into it. Our three dogs loved the enclosed garden and the paddock for running around and doing their business, which was a huge plus. We spent Christmas hereand honestly, it felt really cosy and festive with all the decorations. Julie went above and beyond, bringing round Celebrations on Christmas Day, which was a lovely touch. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to cook our own Christmas dinner - hot tub was a no-go thanks to the weather, but that’s okay. The area around was simply stunningand we’d definitely come back. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break over the holidays. Cheers!

Just book your stay, you won't be let down in any way! We could not have wished for anything better or indeed anything more from our time here. We needed a chilled break from our hectic working lives with our two dogs. The super hot tub was perfect for unwinding after long days exploring the many nearby beauty spots. We particularly recommend Tarr Steps and Woolacombe beach. Julie, our host, was so welcoming and nothing felt like too much trouble; it really felt like we made a friend rather than just meeting a host.
Lucas
We arrived to Prosecco, chocolates and cake! The cottage is spotless, spacious and perfectly equipped. The beds are very comfortable, the hot water pressure is goodand the heated floors are fab if you're visiting in the colder months. The location is great for exploring Exmoor, the coast or local attractions. The owners were really lovely and showed the kids the animals on the farm, which they adored, especially Georgie the sheep! We’ll definitely be back!

Sophie
Fantastic accommodation and hosts! We had everything we could possibly want for a self-catering holidayand the property (plus hot tub) was spotlessly clean. The prosecco, chocolatesand mince pies were such a lovely touch and went down a treat! This is a brilliant place to stay for easy access to lots of great spots, but you could also just relax and enjoy the grounds and the beautiful animals.
George
We would definitely recommend it! The cottage is spotlessand the kitchen has all the necessary cutlery, platesand pots. If you want a peaceful spot for a holiday or just a change from city life, this is the perfect place.
