Welcome to Scarlettrose, a stylish retreat in the historic market town of Torrington, Devon. This semi-detached house offers accommodation for up to seven guests, making it perfect for family getaways or a break with friends.

The property boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring ample space and comfort for everyone.

Upon entering, you'll find a welcoming hallway leading to an open-plan kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a Smart TV, sound bar, and games console, making it a great spot for socialising. The dining area opens onto a rear garden, perfect for alfresco dining in warm weather.

The lounge area features comfortable sofas and a large Smart TV, providing a cosy space to unwind.

A convenient WC is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, the first floor houses three bedrooms—two doubles and one single—all with Smart TVs.
