Bi-fold doors lead onto the glass balustrade balcony terrace with a big ocean backdrop, a great spot for that morning latte. Gather around the dining table for hearty breakfasts and plan the day's adventure.

The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso Krups coffee machine. The ground floor is host to two sumptuously-styled bedrooms, both with Smart TV’s.

The golden sands of Carbis Bay are within paces, an award-winning beach where you can swim or surf the clear waters and afterwards enjoy a picturesque ramble along the South West Coast Path.
