From the hallway, the large sitting room boasts an open fire for those relaxing evenings, whilst the front views capture the beach and seascape around beautiful Carbis Bay.

The large, sophisticated kitchen is well equipped for cookery creations, with a breakfast bar plus access to the rear garden. Eat in the separate dining room and recount the day's adventures, savouring precious family memories being built.

Four superbly presented bedrooms await, with pristine linens and sumptuous throws; choose from a super-king, a king size tempurpedic bed, king size (zip and link) and twin beds. The twin room is suited for both adults and children, and there are toys for the little ones.

The house has a fully equipped children's play room with a large play tent, play kitchen, car race ramp, puzzles, books, wooden tool table and play set, learning activities, outdoor toys like footballs and tennis rackets and countless toys from diggers and tractors to magnetic tiles, soft toys and blocks. There is also a full library and games for the adults in the house.

With extra TVs and three bedrooms with sea views, all your guests will be catered for, serviced by two smart bathrooms. The large garden at the rear and side is enclosed, with a lawn and patio with garden furniture for sunshine meals, and a handy outdoor shower, perfect after a sandy day at the beach.
