Stafford House Reviews

James
We chose Stafford House for a family gathering, fully aware British weather can be unpredictable... and it certainly was! The swimming pool turned out to be a real highlight, especially for the kids who loved it. With ten of us, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and find their own bit of peace.

We’ve stayed at Stafford House three times now and it’s always a pleasure. The house is super comfy and has everything we need for our group of ten. The highlight is definitely the pool - perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Its location above Westward Ho! offers lovely sea glimpses and easy access to local shops and the beach. We’ll be back!
Laura
We loved this place! The house fit our family perfectly, from the little ones to the grandparents. The location was spot on, with stunning views. Plenty of space for everyone and that swimming pool was a real highlight. We’ll definitely return!

We had an amazing weekend at Stafford House celebrating my husband's birthday with the whole family. Our group ranged from 9 to 70 years oldand there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own quiet moments when needed. We absolutely loved relaxing in the hot tub and sauna after a day of fun. The large kitchen made it easy to sit together for meals, which was really lovely. The house was perfect for games too - volleyball, dodgeballand races kept us all entertained. All in all, a fantastic place for a family getaway, we’d definitely come back!

We recently stayed at Stafford House for a family get-together and honestly, it was perfect. The location is spot on, close to everything we neededand the house itself is really spacious - the master suite is a real treat! The Christmas decorations were tasteful, not over the topand the pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone, including the dogs. All in all, a fantastic spot for a family break. We’d definitely come back!

Stafford House is perfect for families with dogs, offering plenty of space and thoughtful touches everywhere. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you'd need, come rain or shine. The pool, hot tuband sauna really elevate the experience - we honestly didn’t want to leave! It’s a fantastic place that ticks all the boxes for a relaxing break.
Emma
We loved the cottage! The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, making it feel really cosy. The location was perfect-quiet and peaceful but still close enough to explore. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms plenty. The kitchen was well-stocked but could do with some appliance guides. The pool room was a real highlight with comfy seats for non-swimmers. Overall, a lovely stay!
Emma
Really wish we could go more often; it’s perfect for family time and everyone always enjoys it together!
James
Honestly, we don’t usually go on holidays, but this trip was for celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and my partner’s birthday. Stafford House really impressed us! It’s beautifully kept, super comfyand feels very safe and peaceful. We had friends and family drop byand they were all blown away too. We especially loved relaxing on the balcony in the evenings, watching the seaand the garden being dog-friendly was a big bonus. The pool was just fantastic! Thanks a lot for a lovely stay.
Sarah
We had a fantastic family holiday in this property. Arrival was really straightforward, the place was super clean - and we were greeted with a lovely welcome pack. The location is great (though the steep walk back from the beach was a bit much for my elderly parents), the living areas and kitchen were brilliantly spaciousand the pool and sauna were a huge hit! We would definitely recommend this property and hope to be back again one day! Thank you!
Mark
The house is beautiful, really large but still very homely and its facilities and amenities are excellent. The owners have made sure it is a property for larger groups to enjoy while also allowing for some privacy. We were 6 adults and 4 children aged 3 and underand everyone had a fantastic time during our week at this property. Some of the adults had to handle work responsibilities during the week, but it was easily accommodated within the facilities without interrupting those working or those enjoying their holiday!
Oliver
Such a fantastic place to unwind. The views are stunningand there's so much space to enjoy. It's also super dog friendly and feels really safe, which is great!
James
We had a fantastic week at Stafford House, even though the weather tried its best to ruin it. The house was warm and inviting when we arrived, complete with a lovely Xmas tree in the lounge. Honestly, we were never cold in the houseand all 11 of us had plenty of hot water. The pool and spa bath were a lifesaver, especially with the January weather. The location is brilliant, too! We could easily walk to the Pier House venue for our New Year celebrations, though the walk back is rather steep!
Oliver
We had an excellent house and stay with easy access to loads of places. The pool was a great bonus for our younger guests!
Clara
We really loved the location - although it would be even nicer if the neighbour's trees were pruned a bit. The house was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was great. The swimming pool was enjoyed by everyone and it’s definitely a real bonus. There were a few issues that took some time to get sorted out. Overall, we had a fantastic time there!
Emma
What a beautiful home! We had such a fabulous time! The pool area really makes a differenceand the kids just loved it. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday!
Lisa
What a stunning house for a family holiday! The downstairs bedroom and en-suite were just perfect for our disabled mum. The pool facilities kept our 3-year-old granddaughter entertained for hoursand we loved the sauna as a real bonus. The views are breathtakingand there are great pubs and restaurants nearby. The gardens felt really secure for our dogsand the house was warm and cozy, especially since the weather was really warm on some days. We would definitely recommend this house! What a fantastic holiday!
Emma
What a beautiful house! There’s loads of space for larger groups or families, so you don’t feel crammed in at all. It was immaculate, which was really reassuring these days. One thing though, bring an extra loo roll because there’s only one in each toilet and that didn't last long with us 12. We would definitely return to this property - it was just perfect for what we needed!
Emily
This place was incredible, everything about it was just superb! We will definitely return, it really made my birthday extra special.
Emma
This property was just excellent. It had everything we needed and all our guests were really impressed!
