A great place to stay, property & location were just what we were looking for a relaxing & peaceful break. Property was very very well equipped with everything you could ask for including a games room, bery close to the beach & some lovely place to eat just a short stroll away. Large Tesco 3miles away was also very handily located. Look forward to staying again.

The house was lovely and in an ideal position for the village and sand dunes and beach. The brochure description is slightly misleading in saying that there is direct access to the dunes, but they are in easy walking distance. The house is well equipped and was comfortable for the 5 of us staying there.
Elaine
A very handy location for the beach, and a large secure garden for dogs. The games room was great for the children and the open plan layout meant we could all be together when meals were being prepared. The ferry to Appledore is a must (check times as reliant on tides), with excellent crabbing and then the bus back. The local delicatessens John's o f Instow has so many lovely things to eat! And we had a lovely family meal at The Boatyard on the front whilst watching the tide come in and sun set.

This house is beautifully furnished and the location is fantastic. The gate at the end of the garden leads you very close to the beach and the brilliant pubs and restaurants. We stayed at tides at Instow in the February half term and Sarah the property manager and owners of the property were exceptional in accommodating the issues that we incurred due to the storms . We would like to thank them for their brilliant customer service and personal touches . The property was excellent.
Hannah
We had a fabulous time at the Tides. The location for us was perfect with our 9 month old and dog. The garden is secure with easy access to the Tarka Trail and beach. We had an issue with the hot tub and the Sarah and the owners were fantastic in their response and sorting this out. We look forward to returning in the future.
Alison
Comfortable, easy, relaxing with great walks on the beech and into the Village. Amazing Bar Pubs and Deli nearby, definitely worth visiting! A lovely holiday venue!
Debbie
We enjoyed the house and location, beds very comfortable and space worked well for four people. Great place to explore from and totally enjoyed coming home after a beach walk to the hot tub.... Negatives were that bedrooms were dusty on floors and around furniture and there was a smell in the house that we struggled to clear. Considering the house is only a year old, dining area around garden door and wall is looking tatty. (Not a complaint but an observation). Would not stop us recommending.
Simon
Excellent location for beach and dog walks. Great deli/coffee shop, with lovely views. Super secure garden and dogs particularly loved the warm shower. We are ordering one for our holiday cottages guests dogs to combat Red Herefordshire mud. Would recommend this property to friends.

Beautiful, well presented, spacious property. Clean and well equip. Short walk to beautiful beach. Would highly recommend.
Janette
Lovely modern accommodation in an excellent location to enjoy the local area.

Amazing house, gardens, facilities and location. We couldnt fault anything. We were a family of 7 adults and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room. Beach a very short stroll from house and dogs are able to be off lead. Games room was very entertaining for all ages. Highly recommended.
ANDREW
