This is the most amazing place to stay, nothing but the sounds of nature and beautiful views across the pond of the Sunset, and on clear nights the most stunning views of the constellations. Such a lovely clean, well equipped Shepards Hut.. but being able to relax in the hot tub while listening to the owls and sheep or cow sounds is perfect ! . My partner and I had an amazing time away for her birthday, such a peaceful and surreal environment, unfortunately didn't get the chance to meet the owners or the famous farm dog Meg, but we will be back again soon so fingers crossed! 5 from the moment we booked. The location is stunning, switch off and all you will hear are endless sounds of nature. This part of North Cornwall is known for its magic and it is all here. The lodge has everything, it's perfect for snuggling up inside when the weather isn't great as well as sunset, lazing in the hot hub or sat by the fire, you can not help but feel relaxed. Really lovely stay in the beautiful Lakeside Hut on Reddivallen Farm. It was really well equipped and had some lovely touches including prosecco and homemade biscuits on arrival and eggs and milk in the fridge. The owners were really lovely and helpful when needed. Me and my partner stayed here from the 12th to the 14th of November. The location is very idyllic, located inside a family farm with over 400 acres. With lots to do just a shorts drive away. After a long day site seeing there is nothing better than returning to our lovely Shepherds hut and jumping into the log fire hot tub to relax! A perfect way t o end a perfect day!

The site also has a small visitor's centre with souvenir shop and a wonderful Beach Café.

The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples.  From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction.  All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe.  Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit.  Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).

This attraction is really unique in that you have the opportunity to gain a rare insight into a working sanctuary.  You can see first hand all of the fantastic work carried out as well as seeing the monkeys themselves.  Other popular areas of this attraction include the Bat Cave and Wildlife Room. the Wildlife Gardens and the kids play area.  There is something for everyone at The Monkey Sanctuary and you can also sponsor and donate if you wish.  The cost to adopt a monkey is from just £2 a month.

Besides the beauty and unique atmosphere of the gardens there are also organised events to enjoy throughout the year including a Harvest Display, Wild Food Walks, Halloween and Christmas celebrations and Book Signings.
