We had an amazing stay at this cottage! It's much larger inside than it looks in picturesand the garden with a hot tub was a real treat. Located perfectly for exploring Cornwall, though the narrow roads can be tricky. Loved the woodland walks nearby and parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend!

We’ve stayed here a couple of times nowand this visit was just as great. The house’s size means everyone has plenty of space, which is perfect when you’re with family. Our dog loved the big enclosed gardenand the hot tub’s location is perfect for relaxing with a gin after a long day. The local pub’s always welcoming too. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay at this cosy cottage. The location is perfect, with beautiful woodland and river walks just nearbyand it’s not far to the beach either. The place itself feels really welcoming and warm, especially sitting by the log fire after a day out. The master bedroom’s en suite is surprisingly spacious, which was a nice bonus. We also popped into the Ship Inn, where the staff were super friendly and the food and drinks hit the spot. Overall, a great spot for relaxing and exploring!

The shop nearby does great breakfast baps and coffeesand the pub’s food was spot on-plus they do takeaways. It’s also close to loads of sights and attractions, which was handy. We’re already thinking of coming back soon. Thanks a lot! :)

A beautifully well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. The bonus of my work phone having no signal made it the ideal place to switch off and reset. A lovely local shop and pub within a stones throws. Having the ability to bring our dogs away on holiday and lots of lovely walks and beaches nearby made it very special. We had terrible weather b ut this didnt stop us having fun.
Michael
This place is really lovely and in a great spot! We didn’t have to travel far to explore other areas along the south coast. The hot tub was brilliant and got a lot of use from the whole family (we hear a new cover is already on the way). The pub and shop right across from the cottage were super convenientand we had a couple of meals at the pub while we were there. The shop was perfect for grabbing a morning coffee too!
Emily
This cottage is absolutely stunning and so tranquil! We’ve never experienced such a beautiful place before. Everything was perfect—the surroundings, the decorand the overall vibe were just right. It's a lovely getaway and we can't wait to come back! Such a gem, honestly.
Lucy
A truly lovely cottage in a peaceful location. There's a local shop stocking most things and the Ship Inn just across the road. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after our travels. We would definitely like to return in the future. The owners left milk, tea bags and a cake for our arrival - such a nice touch!
James
This accommodation is just fantastic! It’s very clean, tidyand presented immaculately. The cottage has such a charming, homely feel. The location is beautiful, right by the river, where we enjoyed paddle boarding every morning and evening. We were lucky with the tides, then we could jump straight into the hot tub, which was super relaxing. Lerryn is a lovely Cornish village with a local pub that we frequented quite a bit during our stay, along with a corner shop that sells pasties (we ate a fair few of those). It's definitely a place we will visit again!
Mark
We had a fantastic time! The cottage was just perfect and the location couldn’t have been better. The pub was superb tooand we loved that we could take drinks over to the cottage garden. We stayed for three nights; had a BBQ on the first night, enjoyed a meal in the pub on the secondand ordered an Indian takeaway on the third (the menu was in the welcome pack). The village shop was also brilliant, packed with loads of fre sh local produce. The folks in the pub and shop were really welcoming. We’re definitely planning to return someday!
Sophie
What a lovely cottage in a stunning spot! The cottage was comfy and had all the essentials we needed, plus the hot tub really topped off the experience. My nephew had a blast in the games room, which gave him a little space from the adults! We would totally recommend it.
James
Practicable and perfect in every way! The lack of mobile signal is actually a bonus for us. We will definitely return.
