Menai Lodge Reviews

Really lovely lodge. Secluded area but close enough to local amenities which was perfect for us and the hot tub is a wonderful asset. We had a lovely stay. Only slight negative would be that there was no pully cord on the bedroom blind which made it difficult for me to close. Would definitely recommend to others.
Joseph
Absolutely brilliant! The lodge was immaculate, left alone to your own devices, hot tub spot on , lovely area . Weather awful !
Louise
Had absolutely everything we needed and was spotless. Easily accommodated 4 of us, 6 might be a bit of a squeeze if you all want to watch a movie at night though after a busy day. Lots to do nearby and had a lovely welcome pack waiting our arrival. Great communication too as needed to ask something before we visited, prompt response. Thank you
We had a fabulous stay at the Menai Lodge. It was very clean with an array of welcoming touches. Plenty of amenities within walking distance but it was also nice, quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this lodge.

The property was absolutely amazing clean and in Perfect spot close to town Centre. Loved the stay and would highly recommend it. We'd definitely come back.

Lovely property but a bit smaller than we are used to. Good location to explore North Wales
The accommodation is very well appointed and lovely and new. However it is on the small side and we were only a couple! It may state it sleeps 6 but there would be very little room as it's on the sofa bed. There is only enough seating for 4 as well. It's not in the best area and walking into town isn't the most pleasant. We were also disturbed by the people staying in the white bungalow. There is an 11pm no noise policy but it wasn't adhered to and no one comes to check and enforce and unfortunately the noise seems to echo round. Whilst we has a nice enough stay we wouldn't stay here again.
Lodge was well appointed and very clean, however the double bed seemed small and we wondered if a king size would be more appropriate in the main bedroom. There was no airer to dry items on which would have been helpful especially when using the hot tub. There were only a few hooks to hang up towels to dry. Only a couple of pans worked on the hob. Overall the kitchen was well equipped, although it would have been great to have a teapot. Despite being situated next to the fire station, opposite the local criminal court and within the town, the lodge was quiet. The lodge is well situated to explore the Snowdonia National Park and surrounding area, a short 15 minute walk takes you to the centre of town and the castle.
Nicola
Lovely lodge in a nice location. Wonderful, private hot tub. Handy Spar just up the road. Our only problem was noise late at night from the next door bungalow.
