Blue Lins River Cottage Reviews

Emma
We loved this cosy little cottage! It’s a great getaway spot, especially if you enjoy peaceful walks and stunning views. The location is a bit remote, so you need about an hour’s drive to get there, but it’s worth it for the quiet and nature. Watching red kites and a stoat from the windows was a real treat. The place was spotless and well-equipped - we’d definitely return!
Mark
The cottage was lovely, really spacious rooms and comfy beds. The road leading there is well signposted, though a few more signs wouldn't hurt. We enjoyed our stay!

The cottage was lovely and peaceful, with sheep grazing nearby. We enjoyed relaxing walks and the hot tub was a real highlight. Pubs in Newtown were a bit of a trek though.

We had such a lovely stay! The cottage was well equipped, with nice little touches like the gift from the owners which was a lovely surprise. After a long walk around the Elan Valley dams, unwinding in the jacuzzi was perfect. The only minor issues were the bumpy, potholey road up to the cottage and one of the mattresses being a bit lopsided. Still, overall, a fantastic and relaxing place to stay!
Sarah
