We had such a lovely stay at this cottage! Tucked away in the peaceful Welsh countryside, it really felt like a home away from home. The living area was fantastic, with a TV spot, dining tableand kitchen all in one space - perfect for family time. The bedrooms are in a separate wing, so early sleepers wonâ€™t be disturbed. We stayed at this lovely barn, ideal for our group. Having a car is a must since the nearest pubs and restaurants are about 15 minutes away. We found some dog-friendly options, but the Trout Inn isnâ€™t, so TripAdvisorâ€™s info was a bit off there. The peaceful rural setting was just what we neededand the Red Kites flying around were stunning. Elan Valley is definitely worth a visit too!

These stunning ruins are one of the areas most iconic landmarks and are surrounded by breathtaking scenery and wildlife of all descriptions. The gardens feature amazing floral displays and there is also a delightful Tea Room. Children can let of steam on the adventure playground.
