Heaven On Severn Reviews

Emma
Wow, what a fantastic getaway! We stayed just one night for a birthday celebration and honestly, we wish we could have stayed longer. The shepherd hut was super cosy, really spaciousand the bed was incredibly comfy-best sleep we've had in ages. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and chilling around the firepit with some champagne. Liz, the owner, was so lovely and even offered to bring us another bottle. Can’t wait to come back someday!

We had an amazing stay at this shepherd's hut, ideal for a peaceful escape amidst stunning scenery. It’s really well insulated, so we barely used the wood stove or electric heater even in late September. The owners went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like milk, eggs, homemade biscuitsand an OS map. Felt safe exploring soloand the location is a birdwatcher’s dream. Definitely hoping to return!

We appreciated the little touches like fresh eggs, homemade cakeand milk on arrival - all really tasty. The hut itself was super cosy, well-designedand had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location by the river is just perfect - peaceful and private, yet close enough to the town for essentials and nice eateries. We’d definitely come back!
