Apple Bramble Lodge Reviews

Julie
A lovely cottage on the edge of a holiday park, the garden was enclosed, with a 4ft fence. Our dogs loved chasing each other around. The hot tub was great, but could have been hotter as we went mid-Oct so you noticed the cold air and the water cooling if you stayed in for a while. We couldn't get the WiFi to work, despite numerous attempts, butRead more as there were no instructions, we weren't sure if it was something we did or didn't do correctly, so we were unable to watch any digital channels not necessarily a bad thing as we read, talked and had a totally chilled out weekend. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space in both bedrooms. It was lovely to have walks on the doorstep for the dogs and we easily covered 5+ miles each day without realising. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend and are hoping to book again for next year. Hide

This holiday cottage was perfect. It's a lovely quiet area to get away to, and lovely and cozy inside. The hot tub was a great asset as well, especially after a walk around the village and countryside. Would love to come back and stay here again.

As I intimated above the cottage was well maintained, well equipped and located in a very nice spot alongside the Old Bedford River. What could have been ten out of ten was spoilt and made unecessarily stressful because of the seeming lack of communication betwen the holiday park, the owner and us - the guests.

The cottage was well equipped and in a tranquil location.

Lovely setting, great location for exploring- absolutely need a car. Local pub closed more than open, in our experience so cant rely on that. Seemed a very dog friendly cottage, could smell previous wet dog aroma - probably more sensitive to this as we dont have a dog. Enjoyed watching the rabbits skipping around outside from patio.

Beautiful, quiet and well situated cottage. Plenty of room and regular comforts. Hot tub was perfect for cooling off on the hotter days and relaxing in the evening.

Lovely quiet location would come back again. Shame about pub not opening on a Monday and Tuesday as didn't intend to cook whilst there but otherwise a great place to stay, locals very friendly

Lovely little lodge, with a superb enclosed garden, our dog loved it. Very clean and well equipped in a beautiful quiet location.

We had a great time in this quirky cottage. Pleasantly surprised with the modern amenities like the dishwasher. Everything in the cottage was perfectly adequate for our needs. The hot tub was a lovely addition with the perfect little patio and view. The garden was perfectly secure for the dogs to have freedom in. Would love to stay again
