Me and my family had a fantastic long weekend at Caxton house everything you need for your stay well equipped plenty of room great location we will definitely be returning so if you want a family holiday or with friends we cant recommend this place enough A
Just come back from a weekend at Caxton House and had the most amazing stay. Perfect house, location, and hosts. Will definitely be back. High recommended Celebrated my 50th birthday hear with my large family and an incredible time was had by all. Thank you Adrian and Shelli
Three families, two grandparents and two dogs all greatly enjoyed our stay . Games room and hot tub were a great success. Kitchen facilities excellent. The property was warm and welcoming. We would warmly recommend for large family holidays.

The house was very well located and just what we needed for a family celebration. The house was well equipped with all the requirements for self catering. Instructions were easy to follow. The house was clean, tidy, bed linen and towels were clean and fresh. My only constructive criticism would be to number the bedrooms on the listing as they are numbered in the house as this would make it easier for allocating rooms for me as the booker I was travelling from the highlands and was the last family member to arrive and the rest of the family didnt want to put their luggage in the rooms incase they took the wrong one
The property was amazing, we had booked the property for my mum's 80th birthday but sadly she had passed away before her birthday. We all decided to go anyway and have a brilliant weekend celebrating her birthday and life. There was 22 adults and 4 kids, the games area was fabulous with the space invaders and pool to keep the kids entertained it was just like been in a very friendly pub without having to pay for your drinks. Plenty of car parking spaces, the kitchen area was very modern with plenty of diningseating area which was big enough for us to all have our meals together. Everything that you need from the kitchen too, plenty of cutlery and crockery, lovely Chinese at the bottom of the road we placed an order and picked up 45 mins later. If you turn right out of the property it takes you straight onto the beach and down onto the peer. I have not been to Skegness for a very long time and it was really nice to see how much money had been invested into the town to make the beaches and surround areas really really nice. More than enough upstairs space and downstairs space for everyone, 1010 would recommend to anyone with a large party, would revisit again.

This is a great property for a large group in a good location very close to Skegness centre, the beach and nature reserves. Overall we had a lovely stay and particularly enjoyed the games room, hot tub and social eating space. Everyone in the group really enjoyed our gathering. There were a few minor issues to resolve which we notified the owner of. The main issue was low water pressure in the showers, but when this is addressed it would be a 5 star property all round.
This property is amazing! It's huge, all the rooms are beautiful an most beds are very comfy! We loved the lay out too with it all flowing into one another. Parking was great, not ideal for MSRT vans but we got it in there. Property owner is great, sent across all information and replied very quickly when messaged. We would book again.

Bsolutely beautiful house just a short easy walk to the beachtown. Plenty of space for everyone with so many good sized rooms. The games room and hot tub are lovely additions. Quick responses from owners for any questions as well. Just to point out, on the room lists, it says there's two rooms with a double and single bed one of those is a bunk bed double bottom, single top. Would highly recommend and already looking at booking for next year.

This is one of the best holiday homes I have been to. The entire family enjoyed their stay. The property was spacious, clean and fully equipped. The games room kept children, adult and teenagers entertained. The property was in perfect location as it was a walking distance from the beach.

This property is brilliant and everything was clean and comfortable.
Excellent house for a large group of people and close to the attractions of central Skegness. Pool table and games room was great. Kitchen and dining area nice and big and plenty of crockery. Some rooms are little dated and towels very thin so would only put as 3 star
We had a fantastic weekend at Caxton house. Had everything you needed. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The hot tub was a nice touch and very clean. The games room was also a big hit with the kids. Would definitely recommend.

Natureland Seal Sanctuary - PE25 1DB
about 0 Miles
Awarded the Lincolnshire Family Attraction of the Year award in recent years this fun day out is recommended. You can see seals and penguins, as well as other animals in the popular pets corner.  Feeding time for the seals and penguins is the real highlight of the day. Entertainment, education and conservation are the main aims of this attraction. Natureland's work with abandoned baby seals has become known worldwide and it's carefully researched rearing and treatment program is now used by many other rescue centres.
Rushmoor Country Park - GU10 1ET
about 20 Miles
Located in Louth in Lincolnshire this is an ideal attraction when you want to get out in the fresh air and explore. There are many animals to see including ponies and piglets which the little ones love.  There are also some amazing birds from hawks and falcons to owls.  Most aspects of this attraction are included in the admission cost and as well as wandering around you get to hold and feed the animals too.  A real highlight are the micro pigs which are just like real pigs but in miniature.  Fully grown they are around the size of a spaniel!  If you get hungry then you can take your own picnic to the picnic areas or head for the tea room selling delicious food and children's meals too.
