The pub comes with seven en-suite bedrooms and has been designed to ensure a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit the needs of your group.

On the first floor of the pub there are six bedrooms, comprising of three king-size bedrooms, a family bedroom with three single beds, a family bedroom with a king-size bed and twins and a twin bedroom, perfect for couples, families or friends. The Five Bells Inn Reviews

Lesley
Absolutely amazing property, ideal for larger groups to get together, would highly recommend
Photos don't even do it justice. It's ideal for a big group very spacious but was also very cosy on a chilly weekend. Rooms were very nicely done and no signs of wear and tear so it must have had a very thorough refurb since it's life as a working pub. All very clean. There's a main bar area, dining area and snug which are well layed out and worked really well. Cooking for 17 people in the fully operational commercial kitchen was a breeze. Would recommend, no doubt

Absolutely fantastic property exceeded our expectations. Beds were so comfy, the whole property was really clean honestly had the best weekend. Our only gripe would be the cost of the F1 machines at 250 I feel these were way to expensive but there was enough else to do that the children didn't even ask which was great.

Would highly recommend, we were a family of. 13, ages ranging from 10 75. We.were welcomed by lovely Tracey who showed us round and explained where and how things worked. Plenty of comfortable places to sit. The games room and pool table were a great hit as well as.the hot tub and sauna. Couldn't find fault with anything, very clean,.great bedrooms,.comfortable beds, kitchen fully equiped. Recommend the local butchers where we got some tasty meat.for a bbq.
We were a party of ten who had an brilliant stay at The Five Bells. It was very spacious and different to anywhere we have stopped before. The bar area, the games room and the kitchen were all excellent and the outdoor space very well used. The bedrooms were all a good size and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.
An ideal property in an ideal location for interesting days out. Very wellequipped, clean and well maintained.
The property was excellent better then description, we were a family group to celebrate anniversary so different ages, there was plenty of space in bar and games room, everyone enjoyed inside and outside areas. The hot tub and sauna was great especially as we had good weather. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The annex was useful as had 2 members of group who struggle with stairs, both rooms in the annex had ensuites. The beds in all the rooms were spacious and rooms had plenty of space. An excellent property and look forward to going again.

Perfect place to stay for our family. It was a 50th Birthday Celebration, there was plenty for everyone to do inside and out. The games room, snooker table and hot tub were well used. The house was very well equipped for cooking and dining. The bedrooms were light, clean and comfy and everything had been well thought out. Lou was a fabulous host meeting us on arrival and showing us round. Great weekend, Thank you
The pictures dont do this place justice! Absolutely incredible property with fantastic facilities. Our party ranged from 10 months old to 70 years old and everybody enjoyed themselves. The property was exceptionally clean which was lovely seeing as we had crawling babies, everyone who stayed also commented on how comfortable the beds were and what a homely feel the place had. Communication before our arrival was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We are already looking at potentially booking for Christmas time!

It would be helpful to have more, simple information re the Formula 1 games. The fire alarm went off at 4.30a.m. Luckily, one of our party was able to turn this off after we had checked everywhere. Could there be instructions in the booklet if there is a false alarm? Some new cooking pots and pans would be good.
Really well thought out accomodation and stunning property the feeling of the pub is all around, pool table is well located and makes for social evenings. Family of 20 of us stayed for a 40th birthday weekend and something for all age groups
This property was fantastic. Very spacious, clean, great character with keeping the original pub feel. Rooms light, airy and beds really comfortable. We used it for team building, so all the table games etc, went really well. We go to different large houses most years and would definitely like to use this one again. It was perfect for what we wanted
50th birthday celebrations off to the perfect start when we arrived to be met by Tracey who gave us the guided tour . Everything was spotless and as described. Everything you could want for a weekend away is at hand . Clearly a lot of thought has gone into making the Five Bells the perfect rental. We especially enjoyed the hot tub .

A beautiful, well equipped property. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses. 2 kettles, 2 microwaves, 2 large fridge and a large freezer. The very fast dishwasher & ice machine were brilliant, also washer, dryer and iron for those who wanted such things. Availability of high chair and cot was great. Games room was a hit. We set up a table with a jigsaw and another with crafts and colouring things for the children for the week and it was not in the way as property is vast. Craft and colouring things brought from home. Beds comfy, and rooms very nicely decorated, all having a hairdryer and shampoo & conditioner. Plenty of parking. Hot tub and sauna were fab. Downsides, showers upstairs went cold if more than one being used, toilet in one annexe didn't flush well. One bedroom is not ensuite, but we used the toilet at the bottom of the stairs during the night & the shower in the changing room so that we had our own space. All things considered, the pluses far outweigh the negatives and it's a great place for a big family holiday. Would highly recommend. Also, Tracey, the manager, was friendly, helpful and accommodating as some of our group arrived earlier than planned.

Have just come back and celebrated my 50th with 15 friends and family, what a gem of a place. Plenty for everyone to do, the facilities are amazing plenty of utensils plates etc. we cooked a Sunday roast for 16, the kitchen was very well equipped. Nobody had any negatives the rooms are plenty big enough and clean. Would definitely recommend and would return again. The hot tub and sauna and a plus, the garden area would be fantastic in the summer. Thank you Tracey for running through everything with us.
This was such a great place we stayed over Christmas and it was so comfortable for everyone. The Christmas decorations were lovely. Tracy was a great help for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend.

I have just spent a week in this wonderful place celebrating my 70th birthday. Me and my family, all 21 of us are still talking about how amazing it was. All boxes were ticked, truly. Thank you Lou for meeting us on the first day, it was like Christmas when we walked into the pub. The karaoke was brilliant and the F1 simulators were much enjoyed. Every room had the most comfortable bed. Thank you Tracey for looking after us, always there at our beckon call when needed. The sauna and steam room were the icing on the cake for us. What a treat to relax a week before Xmas. My brother in law loves cooking and he said the kitchen was to die for. None of us could fault the place. Thank you also to Sykes Cottages who were most helpful when I had any queries. I whole heartedly recommend The Five Bells Inn and will look to return again in the future.

National Horse Racing Museum - CB8 8JL
about 25 Miles
This is a museum with a difference and a must see if you are into horse racing.  You can take guided tours around the museum or choose to wander round yourself admiring the exhibits.  New for 2010 is a Junior Fun Tour which is ideal for children.  Simply ask the gallery staff for a Fun Tour pack when you enter the museum and kids can answer questions and spot clues and tips on the way round.  One of the most popular recent exhibitions is the Thoroughbred: State of the Art exhibition in Gallery 5 on until 31st October.  Check out their websites for the latest exhibitions.
Melsop Farm Park - NR20 3DT
about 29 Miles
We love this attraction in Scoulton, Norfolk with a great collection of animals.  Children and adults alike have the chance to get hands on with the animals in the special handling areas.  On rainy days there is always the indoor play area for the little ones and when it's time for a bite to eat the cafe on the farm is open all day selling drinks and snacks.  Hot food is available over lunch times.
