Absolutely fantastic. The cottage is gorgeous - spacious, beautifully designed and so well equipped, from the fireplace, to the hot tub and robes, to the lovely bathroom toiletries and fully equipped kitchen for cooking. They have really thought about the finishing touches with this place. We visited at the beginning of December and the cottage had a Christmas tree and lovely decorations. This really is a 5 cottage, beautiful accommodation with everything you could need, exceptional bathroom and a large comfortable bedroom. The garden is truly dog friendly for all sizes of dog with a lovely patio area with jacuzzi. We received a warm welcome from the owners with a bottle of fizz on ice and scones to enjoy on our first night. This w as our first visit to the area and it did not disappoint with stunning walks from the door and plenty of villages to explore during our stay.

Absolutely perfect! The cottage was everything we expected and exactly as the photos. Tina and Andy were the perfect hosts and extremely knowledgeable on the local area. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed was so comfy and it was lovely to find a wardrobe with plenty of hangers! The welcome basket of strawberries, fresh bread with butter and jam/ marmalade, milk, flowers and bubbly was lovely and even the dog had a bag of treats, with dog bowls provided if needed. Beautiful property set on the edge of the New Forest, our short stay in September was most enjoyable. The dcor and facilities were perfect, with the hot tub being a welcome highlight after a long day. Great walks on the doorstop without needing to get in the car (lovely to see a herd of deer dash across our path in the nearby wood) and local shops only a 5 minute drive away.

The mighty Edge ride and the terrifying Cobra rollercoaster are the ones to go for if white knuckle rides are your thing. Royal Victoria Country Park is highly recommended for a day out in the summer and has lots of things for children to do. There are woodland trails to explore with free maps and guides available. There are also several play areas, one for older children, one for the little ones and one for disabled children so no one is left out of the fun. Within the grounds there is also a heritage site, a tea room and a formal garden.

Go Ape in Hampshire offers a unique opportunity for energetic adults and children over 10 to let off steam. Open year round we think this is one of best attractions in Dorset and you even get the chance to adopt a monkey if you choose.

This is an award winning attraction on the isle of wight with so much to see and do. From thrilling rides for the whole family to challenging play for younger kids they have thought of everything.
