Unfortunately we encountered various issues through our stay. Hot tub not switched on taking nearly 40 hours to come up to temperature. After one use there was an error code so could not use it. Sausepans were not compatible with hob. Cobwebs everywhere. Previous occupants food left in freezer. Beautiful views though. It just felt no effort was putRead more into making our stay pleasant. There were a number of issues with the cottage which the owners did their best to rectify. Valley View was, cosy, comfortable, (especially the beds) though might feel a bit cramped with six. This part of the country is stunning and a 'must see' for anyone interesting in industrial and historical architecture, hill walking or just wandering through Read morelocal towns and villages. We hope to return, but it will definitely be in slightly better weather. Hide
