We had a fantastic time celebrating my 70th birthday here! The house was big and comfy, with stunning views. The kitchen had everything we neededand the games room was a bonus!
Emma
Really enjoyed our stay! The house was huge and comfyand the games room plus hot tub made it special for winter. Definitely a place we’d come back to!

We really enjoyed our Christmas break here with the family, including the dog. The place was welcoming, beautifully decoratedand spacious enough for everyone. Loved the local walks and the nearby shopping centre-perfect!
James
Really enjoyed the stay, the house was huge and perfect for our group of ten. Stunning views too!
Emma
Honestly, this place was a bit of a letdown. Not at all like the photos, really messy and quite dirty. We tried reaching out to the caretaker, but got no reply, which was frustrating. The sewerage was emptied while we were there, which was a surprise and not in a good way. Not worth the money at all for a special occasion. Wouldn’t stay again.
James
The house is perfect for family get-togethers, spacious and comfy. The garden leads straight down to the river, so keep an eye on kids and dogs! There’s plenty of wildlife wandering around, which might tempt your dog to chase. Great spot for quick trips to shops, restaurantsand the motorway, yet super peaceful!
Sam
Really spacious house with a fantastic kitchen and a fun games room too!
Martin
We stayed at Hamble Reach for a week and honestly, it was brilliant. The house is really spacious and has everything you might need. The views over the river are stunning, especially at sunset. The boys loved the Games Roomand we all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. There are plenty of lovely walks and pubs nearby, plus the city and shopping are only about 30 minutes away. We’d definitely come back!
James
The house is in a great spot and looked lovely, but the faulty toilet really let us down. With three bathrooms listed, we expected everything to be working, but one was unusable all week. No repairs were attempted, which was disappointing. Definitely not worth the price in this state.
James
We had an amazing stay for our family gathering. The games room was a hit with everyone! The bedrooms were spacious, spotlessand super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed, but with Deliveroo, cooking wasn’t a must. Our dogs loved it too-definitely a place we’d return to!
James

The games room was a highlightand the hot tub was just perfect after a day out. Loved walking down to the river behind the property, so peaceful. We stayed at this place recently and it’s honestly perfect for big groups. It’s really spacious and well-equipped, especially the games room which kept everyone entertained. The wildlife around the grounds is lovely - we saw deer and even fed the mini Dexter cows, which was a real highlight. Steve & Claire were super friendly and helpful. The water frontage with kayak hire was a nice touch. Plus, Whiteley’s Tesco and cinema are just a short drive awayand Swanwick Nature Reserve is within walking distance. Great stay overall!

Emma
We had such a great weekend here! The house was spot on, really comfy and well equipped. The view by the river was breathtaking, with loads of wildlife, including some lovely deer. The location was perfect - only about a 25-minute walk to a cosy pub serving a cracking Sunday roast. We loved chilling in the hot tub, firing up the BBQand making the most of the games room. Plenty of space inside and out for everyone. Definitely coming back - thanks for a truly memorable stay!

We recently stayed here to celebrate my mum’s 80th birthday and had a lovely time. The house was spotless and super comfy, plus the master bedroom and ensuite were massive - very impressive! The games room and bar were perfect, especially since the weather wasn’t great. We loved the beautiful garden, where we even saw some Deer. It’s definitely a great spot for a summer getaway with the BBQ, hot tuband view of the river Hamble. We all had a fantastic time and hope to come back!
