Really clean cottage in a fantastic position. Really cosy and warm and well laid out. Even having a great laundry space - useful particularly after a rainy day.
Sharon
Really well equipped kitchen. Plenty of living space for 5 adults. Loved the downstairs room. Well situated for dog walking and to the beach. Liked all the rooms and nothing was too much trouble. First time we were asked if everything was OK halfway through the holiday.
Janet
Amazing view. Great sunsets. Excellent location. Plenty of space.
Richard
Great location particularly if you have a dog to walk. Golf course and open fields right at the back of the house and a ten minute walk to the beach which is huge when the tide is out. The house is well equipped and spacious with great views from the upstairs balcony. Decent size garden and the hot tub was great after a long walk.

A beautifully furnished, very comfortable, spacious house with a spectacular view of Northam Burrows and the coast from the first floor sitting room window. We enjoyed the easy pedestrian access to the Burrows (gate & path located right next to the house) with a 15-20 minute walk to either the 'bridge' over the pebble ridge and beach or to the centRead morere of Westward Ho! also longer walks round the burrows. Sarah
On arrival at Golf View, we had a lovely warm welcome and absolutely loved the house. The facilities in the house were perfect. Location was lovely for day trips out, our particular favourite was North Devon Waterpark and even went back twice we loved it that much! Despite the rainy weather, the view was absolutely beautiful and we managed to see a couple of sunsets. Just wonderful.
Ann
Excellent location, well maintained, clean and comfortable.
Wendy
The accommodation was lovely as when we previously stayed. Only thing I would suggest is to be take the tv out of the snug and make it more a games room with pool table or something abd defo a beer fridge so your not traipsing up abd down the stairs for drinks - especially wet out of the hot tub.
Leanne
Brilliant had everything we needed, amazing views would definitely go again!
Louise
A fabulous property, very well maintained and ideal for an extended family gathering. The open plan upstairs is such a fab place to gather with friends and family, with a great view over the golf course. Husband enjoyed the golf course to play on, but also great to walk across to the beach, with ponies and sheep too! The hot tub was an added bonus after a walk - very indulgent!
Karen
We loved the house and it was plenty big enough for our two families. The house does allow dogs and I was hoping that it wouldnt smell of dog and it didnt. This was a big bonus for me. Well equipped, clean and lovely views across the golf course and out to sea. I wasnt that enamoured with the local area, I prefer South Devon but this house is lovel y.
Sarah
Perfect in every way, location, views and the house itself. Just returned from a family Christmas break and loved every minute. The house is very spacious and contains everything you need. The log burner and hot tub give you that little extra especially during the winter months. The fence has been replaced and the garden is now really secure. We wi ll definitely return.
Margaret

David
As a family wanting a perfect beach holiday we could not have asked for more. Overlooking the golf course and country park the property offered beautiful views particularly during sunset. Located within a short walking distance of Westward Ho! centre and the beach, the area was quiet and peaceful. The house gave us plenty of space and was fitted wi th all mod cons including a Jacuzzi.
Linda
Beautiful property in an excellent location for a relaxing break. The lateness of 5pm being able to check in was the only negative. An earlier check in would have enabled us to make more of our first day of holiday.
Dawn

Sam
We enjoyed our stay at Golf View very much. The cottage was well equipped and really comfy, the view was brilliant especially as one of us loves watching golf . So close to the sea and lots of lovely walks. The welcome pack was the most informative we have seen which is really useful. We would definitely stay off peak here again as it was really we ll priced compared to peak times obviously. Highly recommended.
Tanya
Hot tub was lovely. Beautiful panoramic view of the golf course. And I loved the beach. Lots of space.
Sarah
A lovely house in a perfect spot with fabulous views. Golf, beach and surf as well as country walks on your doorstep. Shops and places to eat only a short walk away. Underfloor heating and modern insulation make it very cosy; be careful not to turn up the thermostats as it takes a while to cool down!
