Welcome to 20 at Porthvean, a splendid period residence in the heart of St Agnes, Cornwall. This newly renovated 1800s home offers a perfect retreat for up to 20 guests, with nine beautifully appointed bedrooms and a separate annexe.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by exposed timber beams and inviting social areas. The snug with a Smart TV and comfy sofas is ideal for relaxing, while the lounge boasts a wood burner and a bar for enjoying a Cornish tipple.

The formal dining room and high-spec kitchen provide ample space for family meals.

The main house features seven bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and en-suite facilities. The 'Seahorse' and 'Stingray' rooms offer super-king-size beds and lovely views.

The 'Pirate' room is perfect for children, with three single beds. The second floor houses the 'Cornish Crab' family room and the 'Seashell' room, both with stunning views and en-suite shower rooms.

Outside, the enclosed decking area is perfect for alfresco dining, with festoon lighting, a charcoal smoker BBQ, a fire pit, and a hot tub.
