Trenarren Reviews

Kathryn
The location of this property was absolutely perfect. Sitting on the decking at looking out at the sea was just what we all needed. Good for the soul!
Lucy
Great location and size of property We stayed at the end of summer season so felt the property was feeling a little run down/in need of update. Hot tub didn't work on several occasions but owner/holiday company were great at trying to resolve the issues with it.
Rebecca
A beautiful location with easy access to the town and beach as well as a lovely garden area. We had a generous welcome basket which was a lovely touch. Some maintenance issues with the hot tub on our first day but this was resolved fairly quickly. We are planning to return next year!
Kennedy
Beautiful place. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.
Marie
This house is in the perfect location for the amenities of the town and the beautiful Perranporth beach. Wonderful outside space, with gorgeous views and the hot tub. A couple of maintenance issues on our first day that were dealt with immediately and rectified by the second day. Overall a nice property.
rachel
A beautiful house with good location and beautiful sunset views. Steep steps/path to the beach. Village and supermarket within walking distance. You may need to provide your own toilet rolls and kitchen cleaning products including tea towels as these were not provided for us.
Shaun
Absolutely beautiful house and garden with spectacular views The welcome pack was a plentiful and a lovely touch to start off our holiday. There were the 3 negatives (detailed previously)that need addressing, I trust this will be done promptly and would therefore absolutely recommend this cottage with 5star reviews Faults: 1) hot tub not working onRead more arrival 2) weeds & bramble on steep narrow path to beach needs cutting back. 3) garden decor and furniture getting a little dated & weathered Hide

What a wonderful place to stay. We had such a surprise with the welcome packages. Just perfect environment for our family to relax and have a wonderful holiday. Perfect location in many ways, within walking distance to beach and Perranporth. Other attractions only a short bus ride or drive. Loved it.
Kirsty
We really enjoyed our weekend stay here. We were a group of 9, aged between 7 and 74 and everyone had a wonderful time. The beach with its stunning sunsets is within direct access of the property (approx. 10 min walk across the sand to the sea at low tide). The town is also the same walking distance, with a decent sized co-op. The track down to the beach/town is fairly steep and narrow in places. Hot tub is a big plus Table pictured extends so there was enough room to accommodate us all.
Anna
This cottage has the best location, great views & access to the beach, and shops nearby. Comfortable accommodation, nicely decorated and furnished.
Sarah
Excellent location with stunning views, and easy although very steep access to the beach. Some parts of the property are a little tired but overall a fantastic accommodation with a fabulous hot tub included.
Emma
This house is in the perfect location. The views over the sea are absolutely stunning and the path to the beach on the doorstep is ideal. We did find that the property wasnt as thoroughly clean as it could have been but we put that down to our visit being the end of the season. The house layout is perfect for multiple families and the outdoor decki ng area and hot tub are a great attraction. A lovely base to explore the area and make use of the best beach in Cornwall
Anthony
This house had everything that we needed for our stay as a family of 2 grandparents, 5 other adults and two toddlers. Plenty of space and fantastic sunset views from the large terrace and hot tub. It's a steep path down to get to the beach and shops but everything is nearby once you are down there. The house was really well equipped and must be in one of the best locations in Perranporth.
Vicki
Excellent position just over the beach. Unfortunately this is where the positives end. The shower failed & 10 people with only an en-suite shower for the majority of the stay is not ideal. Much of the inside & outside is tired. Sofas need replacing both inside and out. If you intend to cook while staying take your own kitchen utensils and pots as w hat is left working is not great. In general just disappointed as it could be amazing. Given the prices charged it should be higher quality.
Antony
We had a family holiday at Trenarren and thoroughly enjoyed it. The property was very well finished, with practical furnishing. The views from the property and decking were excellent with fantastic sunsets. Access to the beach was via a steep narrow path, but manageable even with small children. We will certainly be considering booking for 2023.
James
Lovely location and the view out was amazing. Very short walk to the beach, we all enjoyed staying here. Think the property needs a little bit of TLC, blinds missing and a door wouldnt open
Amanda
Great location with amazing views and easy access to the beach if you don't mind the steps. The house was very comfortable with a large deck area from which to watch the setting sun and a lovely hot tub for those post surf warm ups. Would definitely stay here again.
Heather
Beautiful location with stunning view of the beach with a hot tub as an added bonus.. Private path down to beach track Would Thoroughly recommend this place
