Layout of rooms and bathrooms/toilets was brilliant. Adjoining Locke's cottage for couple with dog was ideal. Exclusive use of tennis court, spa pool, pool table was fun lounge room and dining table plenty big enough for us all.. Outdoor seating area well used and safe play space for children to explore and play in.

What a fabulous find! This house is perfect for a family gathering. We were a group of 13 and 2 dogs there was plenty of room for everyone. the swim spa was a big hit and the homemade cake on arrival was lovely. Tennis rackets available for those who wanted to play tennis. And the walk around the estate was lovely! Ideal accommodation for a whole family get together . Grandparents have their own space in the annexe but able to join the rest of the family for meals , barbecue and socialising .Swim spa very popular and plenty of garden space for energetic children to play games. Location ideal for attractions to visit which suit all ages eg theme parks, woodlan d and beach walks and the towns of Lynton and Lynmouth very picturesque.

Lovely well equipped holiday home set in a beautiful garden. Tennis court was well used as was the Room with hot tub and sauna. Hot tub deep enough for children to swim in. It was very hot and no where to sit in the shade. Within an hour some garden benches and a table were brought and put in the shade , well used and very appreciated. Pool table u sed every evening.

The property was spotlessly clean, well equipped and luxurious. It's even better than the photos show with everything maintained to a high standard. Lovely to have a stock of things like dishwasher tablets, soap, salt & pepper that aren't usually included in holiday rentals. 12 of us stayed and there was plenty of room within communal areas for eve ryone to be together but also loads of space if you want a few minutes of peace. Kids loved the hot tub, pool table and tennis courts. 10/10

This is a great house! Lovely & big with an enormous kitchen diner, with an aga and an electric oven for those not confident with the aga. We used the bbq a lot though which was a great option. The beds were comfy, & the bathrooms all beautifully finished with ample hot water. The garden was beautiful, but if you take your dog it can escape from it so beware. There was a beautiful walk to the lake beyond the garden. The recliner sofas were great for relaxing in the evening with the log fire.
