Fabulous property in a stunning location. Very well equipped including extremely comfortable beds. Great extra facilities - hot tub, tennis court and swimming pool. A great base to explore North Devon.
Richard
A wonderful, spacious, very well-equipped house in a beautiful location with easy access to coast and moors. Its the first of many rentals weve stayed in where theres even a sharp kitchen knife! Host Tish is super-helpful. We and the dogs loved it, a shame the weather meant limited pool and hot tub time. So I guess well have to come back
Debbie
A bright, spacious fabulous cottage in the middle of 22 acres of land. Beautiful views and walks, our own swimming pool and tennis court. What more could you ask for on a holiday. Utterly lovely and our dogs loved it as much as we did..

This really is a small slice of paradise. We live in a hamlet - but it cannot match the peace and tranquility of this place. Spotlessly clean, everything you could need for a holiday. We played tennis, went on long lovely walks, chatted in the hot tub and enjoyed the scenery. Recommend - The Boathouse Instow. Go up on deck - glorious views of AppleRead moredore across the bay, lovely even sandy dog friendly beaches, great ice cream. One suggestion, take insect repellant to stop the flies biting on walks! Great cottage. Beautifully clean and well equipped. We had traditional West Country weather for our February stay.
