Lovely location and a home from home, we have been a number of times and would recommend a holiday to this idyllic location, the quality is high on the build spec and since we have been coming the quality has dropped a little but would still recommend this to anyone.

Really enjoyed my stay, very peaceful. There was nothing I needed that wasnt already there. There is a second property next door which would be great for a larger party. Location is peaceful with some great site seeing around! The property itself needs some tlc, the beds were so loud and springy, travel cot needs upgrading it was awful, high chair absolute filth, actual dirt could be seen on the floor, kettle full of thick limescale, shower head black with filth. This property is in a beautiful location. Ideal for wildlife spotting and a good location to explore the nearby beaches and attractions The property was well equipped and beautifully decorated The owners have been let down by their cleaning contractors, which is why we have given 3 out of 5 stars for cleanliness.

The house was so cool, the kids loved it as well as us, such a nice place, the hot tub was awesome and the kids were in it constantly. We loved the location, up and out of the way with a short walk to town. It was quiet and the house is amazing. Already recommended it to friends.
Tina
Great house had everything we needed. Loved the Jacuzzi and would definitely recommend to others xxxxxx

We enjoyed our (rainy!) stay and found Seagrass to be well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms have good showers. Fabulous view from the patio area and hot tub. Especially at sunrise. Love all the wildlife that you can see and hear. Spacious rooms and plenty of cupboard space. This is our second visit to this cottage and we will book a third trip. Everything is provided, even hot tub towels.
Carl
The property was clean and comfortable, we had a great time and visited the beach most days! lots to do in the area and the shops and restaurants were all good.
Christine
Comfortable cottage close to Bideford. Although Bideford itself wasnt the best place to visit, the cottage was well placed for visiting the highlights of North Devon.
Sid
Overall we enjoyed our stay but I had to use the car to get to the nearest amenities. Walking due to the very steep hill and narrow roadway was hazardous with cars approaching (no paths). Ok going down the hill but going back requires tip top fitness.
Brandt
The property is very well presented, very comfortable with all the utilities you need. The hot tub was a much enjoyed bonus. It was safe and secure for our two dogs and the views over the estuary were beautiful.Very peaceful spot away from the roads.
Martyn
A well constructed and equipped holiday property in a quiet and pretty location. The walk into town takes between 10-20 minutes depending on destination, however the return can take a little longer as the short but steep hill up which the property is located can present a bit of a challenge!
Corinne
Fabulous place to stay- lovely, well appointed accommodation, great dog walks from the the cottage. Owners (new since Dec) couldnt have been more helpful. Loads of kitchen equipment too for those who want to cook. Hot tub was a big hit with the teenagers. Plenty of space for our two dogs to sniff about in the secure garden.
Steven
A fabulous property that exceeded our expectations, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Julie
Beautiful cottage with amazing views. Garden was secure for our dog to roam around and not worry. Plenty of glasses for drinks ! Hot tub was amazing and not overlooked. Comfortable sofas to relax on after a hard days exploring. Highly recommend. We will go back
Leanne
Clean, comfortable and much more spacious than we anticipated. Beautiful space with wonderful amenities, great base to explore immediate and surrounding areas (Westward Ho! Instow, Appledore). Fizz on arrival was very appreciated and the hot tub at the end of the day was lovely. Owners popped by to introduce themselves, but other than that we were left to our own devices. We were very comfortable and the accommodation had everything we needed, and the dogs were made to feel welcome too. Perfect!
Angela
An amazing beautiful holiday cottage! We all wanted to live there. It was our first holiday as a family of 4 and first holiday for 7 years. We enjoyed every second of it and worth highly recommend to anyone.
Tracey
What an amazing place to find tucked away up a hill amongst the trees just on the edge of Bideford a town that caters for all needs. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and dressed in a very complimentary way to the building, the rooms were spacious which was perfect for us 4 adults. Equipment for the kitchen was very good, the dog was also well catered for with a blanket and bed provided if needed. All in all a wonderful place to stay we shall certainly recommend and hopefully return.
Carl
What a wonderful cottage to stay at! everything is there you could want a real home from home, cannot wait to go again later in the year!
Christopher
A beautifully kept and maintained cottage pet friendly excellent facilities in a private location, convenient for facilities in and around The Bideford area .
Tracy
Beautiful location , we were welcomed by the owners personally which we thought was lovely , personal touches like the flowers and Prosecco was very welcoming. Very clean lovely furniture , home from home everything we needed was there. Will definitely be returning and couldnt have chose a better week for weather absolutely stunning .
Joanne
Seagrass is a super holiday home - very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The owners, Karen and Tony are lovely and welcoming. Dog friendly, with a safe, enclosed garden and patio area, with views of the Tarka Trail. We very much enjoyed our holiday here and would definitely stay again if we were in the Bideford area.
Carl
Seagrass is the perfect home from home, we loved every minute of our time there which was over all to quickly!
Alan
A lovely, comfortable property. A good base for travelling around the area seeing points of interest. It has a lovely aspect with good limited views (trees affect views and sunlight). Not easy to walk out due to the steep hill to and from the cottage.
Clive
It really is excellent. Everything you need. It's just that hill when you walk back it really is severe.
Zoe
We have just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at Seagrass. The property was a real home from home and so well appointed. The location was perfect for us as both Tarka Trail and town centre were both within easy walking distance and Instow and Westward Ho! Were also within a 10 minute drive. The hot tub was lovely after a long walk and the views over the estuary and the town from the property were fabulous. Will definitely return as without doubt one of the nicest places we have stayed in
Victoria
A great base to explore the surrounding countryside and coastline. Bideford is within easy walking distance although the walk up the hill back to Seagrass is very steep. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed for our weeks stay and the hot tub was a relaxing treat after a days walking or cycling. The large window and bi-fold doors made this property very light and airy but it was also cosy in the evenings at this colder time of year.
Sarah
We really enjoyed our stay at Seagrass ,it was very clean and has everything you need . On arrival there was milk , a bottle of fizz and some chocolates which was a lovely touch . Even Bobby our cocker spaniel got a little jar of treats. The only thing we had a issue with is the steep hill that leads to the cottage. We had to drive everytime we wan ted to walk bobby or if need to go to town.
Elliot
Beautiful cottage, well thought out and planned, clean and tidy on arrival. Suitable location for exploring north Devon. Very well equipped, there wasnt anything we needed that wasnt already there! Looking forward to staying again soon.
Carl
From the moment we arrived to the time we left the cottage was/is fantastic. the small touches of flowers , bubbly and chocs on arrival was a great touch. We love the cottage and can't wait to return
