About Higher Hopworthy Cottage

Escape to this quaint cottage retreat nestled in the peaceful countryside of North Devon, where you can relax and unwind surrounded by nature. With its own private hot tub, this converted barn on a lively working farm is thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you need for a perfect countryside getaway.

Just 1 mile from the charming village of Pyworthy, which features a cozy village inn and restaurant, and only 3 miles from the quaint town of Holsworthy, you'll have all the local amenities at your fingertips. For beach enthusiasts, the excellent surfing beaches and vibrant amenities of Bude are a mere 8 miles away, offering a variety of sandy stretches ideal for summer relaxation.

The area also offers numerous family friendly attractions, including The Milky Way Adventure Park (20 miles), the pretty fishing village of Clovelly (20 miles) and Tamar Lakes (10 miles), where you can enjoy a range of water sports, scenic walks, and fishing. The front door brings you into the light and spacious kitchen/diner, the dining table here provides the ideal setting for casual meals whilst the well equipped kitchen ensures a hassle free stay with all the necessary appliances.

Down a few steps the two bedrooms are both situated on the lower ground floor, the master bedroom provides a double bed with French doors onto the patio, whilst the second bedroom hosts twin single beds. Completing this floor is the family bathroom with a generous shower and WC.

Finally, heading up the final set of stairs from the kitchen will lead you up to the spacious lounge area where you ll find a cosy arrangement of sofas set in perfect arrangement for viewing your favourite films on the Smart TV, whilst there is also an assortment of puzzles, board games and a wii console to keep the whole family amused. Heading outside, the cottage has plenty of added extras to make your stay a special one.
