Wonderful premises, easy access to all areas, clean and comfortable hot tub, memorable holiday experience had by all. The only possible negative, which is not their fault but, the driveway is very narrow. Perfect family vacation location.

David
The property is super, it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Our son loved the games room and the views out of the sun room were amazing.
Michelle
Lovely cottage - stunning views and we loved the addition of the hot tub. The place had everything we needed, but is on the top of a very steep hill so you may not be able to walk it if you have any mobility issues. The cottage is ground and lower floor so there are people above you and you can hear the kids running about and the hot tub is overlooRead moreked. Not a lot of wardrobe space for 2 people in either double room. None of these were a major issue for us and it is a lovely place. Hide

We had an absolutely amazing week at Grendon Villa, the weather wasnt the best but staying somewhere like this, it really didnt matter, the stunning views and the hot tub more than made up for the rain. The property itself is up quite a bank so be prepared for a bit of a hike when walking anywhere. Theres room on the drive for two cars. Theres nothRead moreing that the owners havent catered for in the property, they even left toilet rolls, shower gel and hand soap. Amazing place :) Hide

Grendon Villa is a lovely modern property with all the facilities you need. There are smart tvs in every room and lovely comfy couches and a very warm attractive fire for the rainy days watching movies. The downstairs twin room and cinema room was loved by our teenage girls who felt like they had their own apartment and was pretty soundproof. The s uper king bed was an added bonus and very comfortable. Great location with amazing views and quite peaceful. Keeps you fit walking up the driveway.
Roger

Excellent accommodation. Ate out every night so didn't use any of the great facilities available to us. Very spacious and comfortable. Hot tub a bonus and great outside space and views. Seagull wakeup call, better than alarm clock!!
JANET
The view from here is absolutely gorgeous. There are a few niggling things but not enough to not recommend, it is value for money and I would go back again. Parking is a bit of a pain but with patience is doable if you have two large cars. Children/teenagers will love the downstairs accommodation!
Janette
Had the most fabulous time, just love the views, hope to visit again
