Great cottage set deep in the countryside- perfect for rambles, quiet and clear night skies. We all enjoyed our time here (ages 11-75), particularly the hot tub! It was comfortable, warm and clean. The cream tea was also a real treat. Thank you for a lovely stay. It was just what we all needed.

What a lovely cottage! We were made to feel very welcome and had all the facilities we needed to keep three teenage boys entertained for a week that just flew by far too quickly. It was a very last minute booking too and we're very glad we found this.

Weve stayed here twice now and its a lovely rental for a family of 5 with kids aged 8-5. The hot tub is a lovely treat and the location is fabulous for autumnal walks from the property. Lots of good days out as well all within 40-60 minute drive. Great value for money and the local cider (Sanford Orchards) is excellent.

Wonderful relaxing break away from it all. No cell phone reception so gives you a chance to completely switch off. Great because there is a hot tub and fireplace. Owners are so welcoming and accommodating, and even though they live next door you still feel totally secluded.

The location is very remote and phone and 4g signal was a no no so not ideal if you need your phone. This wasn't an issue for us and we enjoyed the piece and quiet. Be pre pared to drive on narrow and windy roads to get to the cottage but this is the charm of the place i.e. in the middle of beautiful. countryside
