Great property with fantastic views. The house has good facilities and the information pack was very helpful. Lovely touch of local produce, left for guests. The only thing I would recommend is, that the outside veranda seating area windows are cleared of dead flies etc. Also cobwebs on inside of Lounge window. The beds are quite soft, which may beRead more a problem for those with back issues. But overall, a lovely house. Would highly recommend this property. Hide

Ideal location, really well-equipped (the youngsters of all ages will love the hot tub and the games room). A fantastic opportunity for the whole family to enjoy this beautiful, spacious house with privacy both inside and out and daily changing views courtesy of nature. The games room was a hit with the men folk in our group whilst the outside undercover seating area allowed us to be outside despite the weather.

A wonderful property, extremely well equipped, comfortable beds and spacious. Lovely garden to explore with hot tub. We were a party of 8 adults, 2 children and 2 babies. All ages thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Absolutely stunning views from the veranda, where we sat every evening. Several pubs within walking distance. There is a beach at Instow, but better beaches to be found a short drive away. There is a foot ferry to Appledore. We would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Very welcoming cottage we all felt at home the minute we walked in. Absolutely no complaints from any of us and we all would recommend Key Point to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing seaside break. We had never been to Instow or Appledore before a very well kept secret from us. 10/10 for comfort cleanliness location and ambience thank you and well done

Another visit to this splendid holiday home. It meets the needs of three generations. The owners always call early in the holiday to check that everything is fine and mid week to check on the hot tub. Well equipped and comfortable.

This gorgeous house was very spacious, with amazingly well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and extremely clean. Every day we sat in the veranda, looking over the stunning Devon view of the pretty estuary which changes throughout the day according to the tide. The hot tub was used every day and the kids loved the table tennis. The village of Instow has good eating and a sandy beach with a little ferry to Appledore. An amazing family holiday.
Evelyn
Key Point is a wonderful house in a wonderful location with lovely helpful hosts, Sarah and Roger. Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The hot tub was a bonus especially enjoyed by teenagers. Lovely views. We had a great family holiday. The walk to the beach is easy for the dogs and the enclosed back garden so use ful. Instow is delightful - we enjoyed glorious sunsets. I wish we could have stayed longer
Geoff
This is a lovely, spacious house (hardly a cottage!) with fantastic views across the estuary. We used the hot tub every day and it was in a great position. The sun-veranda was especially useful (although a bee trap!) and all the bedrooms were well-appointed and comfortable. This house is not inexpensive, but probably not too much out of line with p ost-Covid prices. Games room was an added bonus. Great to have such a nice welcome pack with tea, milk, coffee, cheese and more. Attentive hosts.
Ian
A very comfortable and well appointed property which suited the needs of a family of 9 adults and one baby. A fabulous view from the terrace that includes farmland and across to the estuary. A short walk down the hill brings you to the village of Instow that is served by a well stocked and good quality shop (Johns) and a number of pubs. The ferry c an take you to Appledore and it is only a short drive to other towns such as Croyde and Westward Ho!
Catherine
This was our first family holiday since our lovely mum died. We wanted to be together in a beautiful home in a beautiful place to make memories and to celebrate her life. We were not disappointed. Thank you both for allowing us to use your home and for the little kindness that you left for us on our arrival. You are the perfect hosts and your house is spectacular. We loved the Arga and all want one now!!
Shobha
Lovely cottage, great location and wonderful views. We were a party of 7 adults and 2 dogs. Mainly its secure for dogs, they can access the drive/road from the lower patio. The Jacuzzi was great as was the games room and we even had the wood burner on one evening, very cozy. Instow is a short walk away (10 mins) and The Boathouse is a must (we had Sunday lunch there and it was delicious, the staff were fab.) as is The Instow Arms. Looking forward to our next visit.
Dawn
