It wouldn't have worked otherwise as one bedroom is a single and another is not en-suite. A beautiful property in a wonderful location which is perfect for a large house party. House configuration is good with large kitchen diner downstairs and comfortable lounge with a fab view on the first floor. House is well equipped especially in the kitchen . On the downside more fridge space is needed and the water pressure in the showers is not very good. However overall an excellent holiday property .

Exmoor Zoo is described as a "family zoo" on their website and it certainly makes a great day out for families. There are many exotic and rare animals as well as birds to see which are living in natural surroundings. Some recent improvements at the zoo include a new 5 metre tower at the cheetahs and raised walkways at the "beast". There is also a new viewing platform over the sitatunga. As well as the amazing animals to experience there are regular fun activities such as face painting, daily events and zoo trails.

Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park is a big hit with families and has a wonderful setting within 26 acres of Sub Tropical grounds.
