The cottage was perfect for a family holiday (2 children (10 and 12), Mum, Dad, Granny and Grandpa). The property was very clean and really spacious with plenty of room for us all to relax after a busy day. The large kitchen was well equipped (perfect for making a birthday cake for our new 10-year old), we had happy hours playing the many board gam es provided, the beach games were an added plus - and the hot tub was brilliant! The owners were great, and even left a birthday present. Thank you!

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage. The best equipped cottage we've ever stayed in and it is truly a beautiful home. Instow is so easily accessible as well as other parts of Devon. There was useful information on areas near by in the house which we made good use of as well as the most beautiful kitchen to cook in and games to play etc. As a young family of 4 we had everything we needed and would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a lovely stay
Lynne
A beautiful well equipped house, which was spotlessly clean. All the furniture and fittings are very high quality & the sofas in the lounge & the bed was so comfortable. It's in a fabulous location, just a very short walk from the seafront at Instow. The hot tub was great & there is a beautiful well furnished conservatory. There was a bit of road n oise from the rear of the property but it wasnt noticable whilst in the house, just whilst in the lovely garden. We would definitely go back again!

Great house in a lovely village. The house is very well furnished on a quiet cul de sac. Easy walk into the village where there are 4 places to eat out, all of good quality. Also in a good location for access to the main roads and visiting the area. It's also well located for coastal walks. The hot tub is of course an added attraction and is situat ed such that it is not overlooked by neighbours. All in all a great place to book.
