A real gem lays behind the cobbled yard and green door. Our family of 5 adults and 7yr old had a fabulous holiday in this spacious and beautifully appointed house. A short walk from Chulmleigh's 2 pubs and shops (passing a lovely child's playground). Super comfy beds and lovely, large, private garden - perfect for an active child and great for even ing drinks around the fire pit. The hot tub was a favourite with everyone. Katie is a great host who does everything to make your stay perfect.

Tesco delivery arranged as shops are a good driveway, although local shop is pretty good and fresh eggs at the end of the lane. Hot tub was spot on and loved the spa bath too.

Really lovely place. When we drove up I wasn't so sure, but inside it is beautiful and done to a really high standard. The bedrooms are all a great size and have really nice en suites. We had a fabulous stay at Northleigh, a fantastic property with a great garden for our lively pointer ! Katie couldnt have done more to make our stay any better, thought of everything and was on hand if we needed anything. The lovely bread and honey on arrival and fresh flowers was great. Even marshmallows provided for the firepit and logs. Lovely walks straight from the front door and a secure dog field just up the lane. Jacuzzi was great and a nice way to relax.
