It was spotless when we arrived, Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking Living room had a lovely log burner with wood provided The rooms were spacious and comfortable, more than enough pillows and blankets for everyone. There were toys for the children to play with, And a hot tub for the adults Em ily was very prompt to reply and was lovely. She let us feed the animals in her farm and let the kids pick the eggs in the morning.

Our first cottage in Dorset and we think we found the best. The location, cottage and hosts all five star. We stayed during a very cold Dec week -1/2 during the day but sunny so enjoyed good walks every day either straight from the cottage or drive 20-30 minutes to a village and start from there. Good inns/pubs/hotels all around, but with the cotta ge being so warm & cosy and well equipped we ate in more than we had expected. If its this good in Dec we cannot wait to return in the spring.
Darilyn
What a gem of a place, best cottage we have ever been too! We have already booked for next year. Every little detail is thought of and the best quality of everything. The family are lovely and very helpful.
Richard
The accommodation was all but perfect. As was the welcome. The extra effort to supply age appropriate toys and milkshakes for the children was really appreciated and lifts this above the average holiday cottage. 10 out 10. Thank you
Michel
We loved our stay! The cottage is lovely and situated in a quiet and beautiful location. The cottage feels like home. Love all the details in the rooms like plants and flowers. It's very clean. Bathrooms are great. The cottage is well equipped. After a long walk you can relax in the hot tub. The owners Emily and George gave us a warm welcome. We'd certainly recommend it to others.
Jackie
A perfect place to stay. The cottage is spacious, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with really comfortable beds. It is equipped with everything you might need. Emily and George are great hosts - they went the extra mile to make us feel welcome with a delicious cake and breakfast pack. There was a box of toys specially chosen to be age-app ropriate for our granddaughter, which she loved. We enjoyed meeting the sheep, ponies and noisy geese! We would love to stay here again!
