Once off the main road and on a 'no through' road, you will pass two houses on your way up to the property and then only come across the local farm traffic thereafter.

We had a lovely week in Garden View with our familiy. Its a lovely little house in a beautiful area. The house is great, with good comfortable beds and sofa, a lovely garden and of course the hot tub is brilliant. Our daughter had a lot of fun in the garden and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day with the baby monitor helping us keep an eye on our little ones. There are lots and lots of things to do in the surrounding areas we particularly enjoyed dolphin watching in New Quay and Welly Wednesdays at the Royal Botanical Gardens. Steph and Chris were very friendly and welcoming hosts and they added that extra level to our stay. Also, our kids loved them and were quite sad to leave!
We had a superb week at garden view, the cottage is a bolt hole from the normal, when the new landlords have settled in there will ben amazing place to stay. The hot tub, as the landlord knows, needs to be more private. But this is being looked at. South Wales is a lovely place to start your holiday from. Ruby, our miniature schnauzer loved the doggy area, somewhere for her to be free and know where to do her business. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

We stayed at garden view cottage for almost a week. The location was ideal. just half hour away we watched the sunset at new quay harbour and went on a boat ride to watch some dolphins . We visited Tresaith aberporth beach and Tresaith waterfall it was beautiful. Chris and Steph were amazing hosts they were friendly, welcoming, understanding and really made us feel at home. They made adjustments to make us feel comfortable which we really appreciated and are grateful for, thank you both for a lovely stay ! The cottage had everything we needed for our stay , it was comfortable and ideal with little ones. The cottage had a lovely bedroom view of the garden which was nice to look out in the morning . The area was so peaceful surrounded by nature which was amazing for us as we live in a busy city.We are missing it already, my children just loved exploring the garden and say they miss the holiday home . Thanks again for everything and we wish you the best for the future
Garden View was a lovely relaxing place to stay. The owners were very welcoming. We loved the hot tub and the peaceful countryside walks nearby.

The farm has a good sized play area and plenty of picnic tables as well as a Farmyard Heritage Centre where visitors can learn all about Welsh farm life and about the mystical Legend of Merlin. National Botanic Garden of Wales - SA32 8HN

When the weather is nice this attraction is perfect as you can wander around and admire the superb range of exotic trees and shrubs.  They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn.  With various events throughout the year such as Apple Weekend there is always something new to experience.  You can watch a 90 second film about this attraction on their website which is excellent.
