Welcome to Ty Jim, a modern bungalow located on a working farm in the picturesque village of Llannon, West Wales. This semi-detached property offers a perfect retreat for up to six people, featuring three cosy bedrooms and a convenient wet room.

The accommodation is all on one floor, making it accessible and easy to navigate.

Ty Jim is ideally situated just 400 metres from the centre of Llannon, where you’ll find a pub, shop, and shingle beach. For a day out, visit the seaside towns of Aberaeron (5.5 miles) and Aberystwyth (11.5 miles), offering a variety of shops, eateries, and local attractions.

They look different at different times of the year but one of the most popular times to see them is in Autumn. Get there early if you want to watch the cows being milked!
