Once off the main road and on a 'no through' road, you will pass two houses on your way up to the property and then only come across the local farm traffic thereafter.

Penybont At Pentre Cwrt Reviews

Emily
We had a lovely stay here! The place was super peaceful and really comfy. It was such a nice touch to find coffee, milkand tea waiting for us when we arrived late in the evening. The big living space was perfect for our group of six plus the dog - no one felt cramped. The beds were comfy enough and the bathrooms were huge! The views over the river with wild horses were just stunning, especially at sunrise. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. It’s quite remote, about half an hour to the beach, but totally worth it!
Emma
Our week here was fantastic! Spacious, spotlessand perfect for my mum with a downstairs room. Definitely recommend this place for a comfy stay!
James
We loved this charming stone cottage - so cosy and spacious with heaps of character. The private river frontage is a real treatand it’s perfectly placed for quick trips to stunning beaches and scenic coastal walks. We’ve been four years in a row and definitely plan to return again soon. Truly special!
Emma
We absolutely loved staying at the cottage! The seclusion was perfect for us, no one overlooking us at all. Mornings and evenings were spent relaxing in the garden, listening to birds and watching squirrels. We enjoyed the horses grazing nearby and sometimes they’d pass right by the cottage. The hot tub was a real treat after a day out exploring. Being on a quiet country lane felt so peaceful. Just a heads up, the pubs nearby only open from 5pm, but the local convenience store is just a quick 2-minute drive away - super handy!
Emma
The cottage was really cosy and super clean, hot tub was absolutely spotless too!
Emma

We stayed at this fabulous cottage with stunning views. It was a short walk to two lovely pubs; one serves great food while the other had a cosy fire and was really friendly. The property is spacious and well equipped, plus there's good parking right outside!

This cottage is just brilliant - the views of the river are wonderful and we were lucky enough to have lovely clear weather with a full moon, which was amazing to see from the hot tub!

This was our third time staying at the property. The location is really peaceful and the views are lovely. We enjoy family walks by the river and the new bench overlooking the river on the land is a nice touch. During our week-long stay, we made trips to Aberporth beach, Cardiganand Cenarth falls. We had a great time, even though we planned to visit New Quay for a boat trip, the weather decided otherwise. There are plenty of local pubs to check outand the chip shop in Newcastle is superb for those lazy nights in!
Richard
Second time we have been to Peny-bont because we absolutely love it! The cottage has everything - comfort, tranquility, easy access to some awesome beaches, local restaurants and pubs, a memorable view of the stars, and the constant bubbling sound of the river Teiffi to round it off, makes the stay here just idyllic!
Oliver

The property was clean and tidy when we got there and had everything we needed. It’s in a really peaceful spot with a lovely big garden. Perfect for a relaxing break just for adults. Not really the best choice if you've got young kids, but we still had a fab time!
Sophie
A lovely home from home cottage, this place had stunning views at the back and a roomy living area. You definitely need a car to discover the area since there’s not much within walking distance. All in all, we had a very comfortable stay!
Emily
Such a gorgeous house in a lovely setting! The views are absolutely stunning and we would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. We really hope to come back in the future.
Emily
What a beautiful cottage in such a lovely location! We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
Debra
The cottage was spotlessly clean and beautifully equipped We paid a little extra for linen and towels and it was well worth it. Not only were there towels in the bedrooms but also a pile of towels for use after the hot tub
