Lovely quiet area, beautiful put together and helpful host. We were told it would be alright to arrive early and leave slightly later if we needed too. Ideal for the dog, as lots of uncarpeted areas and large living spaces. A grass inclosed area also perfect for the dog to run around in safely. The Jacuzzi was great when returning after a day out. We had an enjoyable stay - the property is ideally located for a very quiet countryside break. The cottage is spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms, we enjoyed the communal kitchen / sitting area and the extra space and dining table in the conservatory makes a lovely addition. The cottage was well equipped and we received a very kind gift on our arri val. The hot tub is easy to use and a great feature. Communication was excellent throughout, a helpful document was received in advance too.

Lovely cottage with amazing hot tub. Located about 10 mins from Lampeter. The cottage was clean, tidy and very comfrotable. We had 4 adults, 1 child and a dog and there was plenty of space. The sofa was super comfortable, loved the flip out leg rests. Kitchen didn't get much use but had all the mod cons, plenty of plates, cutlery etc and the washer /dryer was handy. Showers were warms and powerful The directions were helpful to avoid the sat-nav taking you all over. I would highly reccommend!
Michael
Perfect stay for the whole family. Clean and well located in a quite area, yet a couple of minutes drive to all the amenities one would need to enjoy his stay. Kitchen is well equipped, WIFI was flawless and we also had Netflix available on TV. The hot-tub was a value added, as one can also enjoy some relaxation even when rain is pouring :). Owner was always available and kind. Highly recommended.

The location of this cottage is beautiful. Serene with lovely views. The cottage offers every comfort you could need. The conservatory was pleasant to eat in, the sofa was lovely, breakfast chairs and bar were brilliant. The double bedrooms had everything you needed and were clean and tidy. The location is great and the hot tub was a luxury!

Nice place, everything was nice and new and it is very homely. Hot Tub was great. Heatings a bit weird as some areas underfloor and others by radiators. Would likely stay there again.
