I have never been more impressed by a holiday place than I have with this one. It was such a beautiful place to stay. The actual cottage was very well thought out. We arrived to see that there was a pint of milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and sugar pots were topped up. A small gesture that my mum really loved as the first thing she wants to do aRead moret anywhere we stay is have a cup of tea. The scenery was lovely and our dog loved having a walk around and and an explore. 1000% recommended! Hide

It was a lovely cottage. Very peaceful and we didnt hear any sounds from our neighbours. A secure garden for our dog and walks from the door. It was spotless and warm with a well heated hot tub. Lots to do in the area. We loved the Butterfly Farm and Afon Honey, fascinating to watch the bees making honey and to watch the leaf cutting ants. Been going here for the last 3 years now. Absolutely amazing holiday, definitely booking to come back again next year, highly recommended, spotless, clean and tidy and the owners are always on hand if you have any questions or concerns thank you Gareth and Gemma
David
This is a comfortable cottage, with the benefit of a private hot tub ... relax and watch out for red kites. The living area is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The location is quiet, and one needs a car to get to local sights, and one needs to be willing to negotiate narrow roads to get to them.
Diane
Very nice clean accomodation very well equipped comfort and hot tub topped it off
Michelle
Lovely friendly host, ask about the Welsh cakes they are the best ever. Cottage was so peaceful with far reaching views. Totally relaxing

A beautiful part of the world, perfect for what we wanted. Loved the hot tub and views. The property needs a bit of TLC, plus no hand soap provided which isnt great for covid. Would return.
Barry
Would not be going back dirty room not worth the money jacuzzi dirty was cleaner when we left than when we arrived
Jason

Amanda
These are great cottages.Homely and not to far from everything .Highly recomend .
Debbie
Not as the pictures, think they were taken many years ago. Looking very tired and could do with a make over. The oven was very dirty indeed and the sofa really needs to be changed not at all comfortable worse we have ever sat on especially after a day walking. On day 2 we had no hot water and had to use a shower over the road in other cottage, not ideal especially as we had to share shower use with another couple, lucky for us Gareth moved is on day 4 but did spoil our holiday, stressful
Carl
Excellent cottage and location, Gareth was on hand with local advice and information and ensured that our stay was first class. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially our cockapoo.
Paul
Altogether good. However there was a problem with the water. Either scalding or cold from the same tap within seconds meaning a shower or bath was impossible. We reported it to the owner (a most pleasant gentleman) and a plumber was called, but, never turned up. We were unable to use the hot tub as a shower was asked to be had prior to use. A pity this happened as it did spoil things somewhat.
Richard
Place needs some TLC On arrival we noticed - glasses were dirty - oven trays dirty - the dishwasher wasnt working - the washing machine wasnt working - the temperature tap on the ensuite shower is broken and stuck on hot. - on second day the hot tub would randomly switch on and off every 5 minutes when trying to use it. Place could be very nice if it had some care and attention which it is very much lacking. We did have a very nice stay and made the most of it.
Karla
Absolutely lovely place. Owner was very welcoming & friendly. The cottage has lots of space, was clean & tidy. Had most things you need. Would suggest you bring extra towels, especially if you're going to be in & out of the gorgeous hot tub. Has a washing machine but no dryer, although the heating & hot water system is excellent & it didn't take lo ng to dry anything on the radiators. Beds are very comfortable. location is perfect too. We didn't want to leave :)
Ellen
Five star, lovely location and friendly owner.
Christine
The cottage was of a very high standard, Gareth let us see all the cottage in case we would like a different one next time we visit. Very safe if you have dogs and lovely fields on the farm to walk at anytime. Really good heating system and powerful showers. Gareth was on hand at all times if you needed anything and very interesting to chat with. W e didn't want to leave and each day we visited a new beach. Ynslas, Llanrysted, Llangrannog and New Quay. A perfect holiday and happy dogs too.
Martin
We stayed in ty beaudy cottage and was very pleased with how we were greeted by the owner. The property was very clean and tidy with the heating on and a pack of biscuits and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The views were stunning and only 6 miles from Aberystwyth centre and it only took about 5 mins in the car. The price is very reasonable too . We had such a good time we have already booked to go again next year. Highly recommended if you like the peace and quiet and countryside views.
Nigel
