Comfortable cottage with wonderful hot tub and lovely sunset view, close to Aberystwyth & set in beautiful countryside. Generous welcome pack. It was a lovely cottage in a lovely location and the owner was friendly and helpful. He allowed us to walk our dog on part of his farm. I would recommend this cottage for a peaceful break and only a short drive to Aberystwyth with all of its facilities.

Our second visit here and just as enjoyable as this first! Highly recommended. Lovely accommodation and hot tub. Nice enclosed garden which keeps the dogs safe. Great location and the accommodation is well stocked. Appreciated the cookies and wine. Milk and tea and coffee also helped us to settle in. Highly recommend to all
Caroline
Lovely cottage close to Aberystwyth. The hot tub and outdoor area was great. All of the amenities needed in the cottage itself. The owner was very friendly and we were really happy that we stayed there.
Michael
Owner friendly and helpful. Nice and secure for our 2 dogs. Plenty of room to spread out with nice barbie and hot tub. Small play area proved very popular with our youngest.
Magdalena
Beautiful cottage, with nice, fully enclosed garden which our dogs enjoyed. The patio part (with hot tub, gas bbq and table) is covered with canopy, what was useful on rainy days. Gareth was very friendly, and he informed us that we may use one of his fields for dog plays, when it wasn't used as sheep pasture. The location is very good, with Aberys twyth only short drive away, and plenty of places to visit nearby. We definitely would like to return there someday.
Julian
Amazing cottage. Well equipped and stunning views. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Ideal for disabled access and very dog friendly. Hot tub was amazing. The owner Gareth was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend 100%.
Richard
It's the location that counts on this cottage. Very remote and peaceful. So far into the sticks, in fact, that not many supermarkets will deliver to it.
Ian
We have just returned from a lovely week here. The location is perfect and quiet with amazing countryside views. The accommodation has everything you need and the hot tub is a fantastic addition which we enjoyed after a day out. The owner, Gareth is very friendly and helpful and you can see the effort that has been put in to make your stay fantasti c. Locally we recommend Y Ffarmers which is a lovely country pub with high quality homemade food & dog friendly too Highly recommend a visit here!
Hannah
We loved our stay here. When we arrived the owner popped over to say hello, told us about dog friendly places and where we could walk the dog etc. The inside of the house was lovely, very big. There was a bottle of wine and some cookies on arrival which I thought was lovely, also milk in the fridge and tea/coffee/sugar on the side. There was also t he little things you need but forget to pack! The hottub was lush and the views were amazing. Definitely what we needed :)
Emma
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ty Lloi & found there was all the basics we needed, if there was anything not there that we needed, a quick text to the owners & they very quickly brought it round for us. The owners were very friendly & polite, suggesting lots of lovely places for us to visit which we did. The garden is terrier secure, which is a massive plus for us as we have 2 escapees but we were able to fully relax knowing they were contained! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will be back!
Michael
A clean, tidy, well presented and comfortable property.the building appears to be well insulated and was comfortably warm. The owner greeted us, and was friendly and helpful. He lives on site andxwas available if needed, but we didnt neex to contact him, as everything was fine.
S
Delightful location, very well equiped, enjoyed the hot tub, secure for dogs, at both front and rear entrances, plenty of parking adjacent. If you enjoy being a little rural, you will love it.
Michaela
Quiet countryside location, fantastic outside space, great for children. Interior of house could do with updating and 3 bedrooms other side of house to one shared bathroom. We had a lovely holiday there.
Jenni
Home from a fantastic family week away. The cottage is set in a very quiet location and a car is a must. The town is a 15-20 minute drive where you will find everything you need. However there arent any local shops to walk to. And any activities you may want to do are a couple of hours drive away. Having said that, the cottage is in a perfect locat ion with beautiful views, fantastic long walks and the hot tub is an added bonus after those long days exploring. The bbq is another added bonus
Martin
This was our second year at paith holiday cottages and our group of 8 all managed to be comfortable, the beds were comfy and the whole cottage was very warm and cosy, Gareth was always around if you need anything or have any questions too. We highly recommend staying at paith cottage abberystwyth and will be booking to go again. Thanks for everythi ng From Angie and Martin and the gang. See you next year
P
Owners helpful, however property not very clean. Several kitchen items damaged or not working eg microwave, toaster. Beautiful area to stay.
Allan
We loved the cottage it was nice and private and plenty of room
Nicole
Absolutely amazing stay here! Very good value for money! A bit of the way of town but still a great holiday for a group of people!
Hilary
The Cottages are beautiful, a little tired, but Gareth the owner did say they are due to be spruced up in January/February. Nothing is too much trouble for Gareth, very happy to chat and sort out any problems. We had no lights by the hot tub for the evening, within an hour Gareth had fitted a light for us.
