This property is lovely, spacious & very comfortable. The garden is very secure for dogs & plenty of areas for walking. Enjoyed sitting in the hot tub overlooking the amazing views. The wine & biscuits were at nice touch on arrival. Gareth is on hand if you need any assistance. I would recommend this property.

Great stay, fantastic value, overall clean tidy and quite. When you first get there it's all a little overwhelming, huge court yard for parking but you don't really know which one your cottage is. Also doing building work on the other houses,but this never effected our stay and you can't see or hear from the cottage. The views are breathtaking. What a wonderful cottage. Probably one of the best we've stayed at and we've stayed in a lot of cottages. The equipment provided for self catering couldn't be better. From cheese on toast to a full blown Sunday roast, it's all there. You could even make yourself a cake. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk ready to make your first drink on arrival. Our holiday was amazing. The cottage was very cozy, we felt we are at home from the first minute. Every day had a good walk or we drive to visit few beautiful place on not far distance from Paith cottage. After the long day you can resting on your private jacuzzi. Highly recommend. We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage with our 2 dogs. Our dogs were happy there and perfectly safe in the enclosed garden. The views from the cottage are beautiful and the sunsets over the countryside were simply breathtaking. Gareth was the perfect host and was very welcoming with a nice bottle of wine and biscuits on our arrival. The cotta ge was a lovely, peaceful, home from home with the added bonus of a hot tub! We were sorry to leave and are already planning to return next year.

Lovely little cottage with great views and a real cosy feel. Hot tub was an absolute added bonus. The owner was lovely and let us look around a bigger cottage so we could see if it was suitable for us to come back with our family. It definitely was and we will be booking again soon. We had a wonderful week away here and would definitely return! The owner was extremely friendly and around to help with any issues. The oven broke whilst we were there and he made sure a new one was provided extremely quickly! Wonderful site and the hot tub was a lovely addition. Second time stayed at these cottages and wont be the last. It had everything we needed and was lovely and warm with the weather. Gareth is very friendly as were his cleaning staff. Fabulous holiday thank you we really enjoyed it and the Indian takeaway was excellent. Great pizza in Harrys bar while watching football. Lovely walks and we were so lucky with the rain and got to the beaches. I have already recommended this as a great place to stay to friends. And being dog friendly too with a secure garden area is ideal.

The cottage was well appointed and had everything necessary to provide a very comfortable stay. The hot tub was a welcome bonus as we had forgotten that one would be available. The cottage is well situated for access to a number o f towns and beaches along the cost and we were pleasantly surprised with the number of lovely cycle tracks that were available in the area.

On arrival, the cottage was very clean and warm, lovely location, the cottage was a little bit basic but added to the charm of the cottage, beds was firm but very comfortable with plenty of storage in the bedrooms, open plan living room/ dining/ kitchen area, living room was very comfortable. Outside: hot tub with secure garden with picnic table an d chairs for alfresco dining with fantastic views of rolling fields and mountains.

We loved our stay at Ty Byre. It is around a 15 minute drive into Aberystwyth and conveniently located for lots of attractions including Devils Bridge, Bylch Nant yr Arian and Hafod Uchtryd. We enjoyed the hot tub and the scenic views. The cottage was perfect for a holiday with the dogs; exactly what we wanted.
